Lachha Paratha or Layered Paratha, is a popular flatbread characterized by its distinct multi-layered texture and flaky, crispy exterior.
Kneaded with care, the dough so soft, a touch of salt and more,
Resting like a secret, behind the kitchen door.
Rolled out thin, then brushed with ghee, a glistening delight,
Folded into pleats so fine, a culinary sight.
INGREDIENTS
Flour - 1kg
Salt - 1 Tbsp
Sugar - 1 Tbsp.
Curd - 3 Tbsp
Milk - 1 Cup
Water - Enough to Make a Slightly Sticky Dough.
Melted Ghee - As needed
