What was the last year of King Xerxes the father of King artaxerxes ..the last year that he reigned.. why didn't you look that up ???..cuz that's very easily found and king artaXerxes took over.. in the same year.. you subtract 7 from that number and you're not going to have the correct number!. So even if you use the 457 date you're not going to reach the SDA teaching of the ending date is totally impossible the same thing with the 2300 days

The problem with Myles is that he simply attacks our doctrine for the sake and being contrary to us, Allen on the other hand simply has disagreements with some of our doctrine but he CLEARLY says that even though we have some differences we have WAY to much in common to create division in the body. Also the 457BC start year isn't only what Adventists say, Mike Winger and Allen Parr both think that is a likely date as you saw in this video, and even Isaac Newton found that to be the likely start date. 457BC + 483 years = 27AD. -457+483=26. This difference is that a regular number-line has a zero between the negative and positive numbers, while our calendar year-line doesn't have a year zero between AD and BC.
