I wore it yesterday for the first time, I got so many compliments & my man loooves it!! He texted me today and told me he doesn’t want to leave his bed because his sheets still smell like me. So yes, it performs very well, I wore it the whole day and I could still smell it on myself and my clothes. Buy it!!!!! I’m definitely ordering another bottle because I don’t want to run out!!
I got red temptation and this . Hated red temptation. Literally smells like my mums old makeup from the 80s early 90s. But rose gourmand is so beautiful. Addicted

Totally agree! I bought a bottle and it arrived outside of the box. Zara's packing is not great. I did buy an extra bottle as a backup. Love that it smells boozy and warm.
I just bought Amber Linen and a sweet pastry in Paris 😍 and I'm still thinking about mochi atelier in Tokyo... hahaha! I already had Night Pour Homme V and I love it! It's very similar to baccarat rouge 540, of course doesn't have the projection and extreme long lasting, but still last very well and I love that "bitter and sticky" feeling of tagetes flowers in your fingers 😊

I'm going to try the best hahaha! the fist notes are like dehydrated orange and lemon, but in the dry down it gets warmer and warmer, you can feel a lot the sandalwood, a little bit sweet but mixed with a balsamic smoky resin like benzoin, a little bit bitter and coconuty too. Dry and smoky, but very soft and smooth at the same time. I think it's very very comfy! very elegant and quite unique...
I agree with you about Zara fragrances. Your comments about packaging are spot on. Bottle, lid, and even packaging mean a lot to me. It's part of the whole experience! Take Mancera and Montale. I have both Intense Cafe and Roses Vanille, and love them both!! But I absolutely HATE the Montale bottle!! So cheap and tinny, with such a ridiculous non-lid "spray stopper". On the other hand, Mancera has the heavy screw on lid and the heavy glass bottle. Very elegant, imo. What is your opinion Arlene? Would a company's standard packaging and bottle ever keep you from purchasing?
Hmm...tbh yes I've been put off by some brands because of packaging and ugly bottle designs. I don't think I'd reach as often for a fragrance if the bottle isn't so pretty. :)

I dont smell any vanilla in rose gourmand!? But people say rose vanille has rose AND vanilla? Also they say that rose vanille has a boozy drydown whereas rose gourmand is more like fresh rose dry down. I'm confused! What's your take on this?
this one is also my favorite discovery for 2020...Here in Greece people are not that into niche perfumes so i didn't have the sold out problem...i actually first bought this and then discovered the hype!!! i have this and night V on my hands which is also gr8!

Hi! I'm new to Zara but just recently ordered the Rose Gourmand. Im confused because Zara website looks like it is supposed to be a mid- "high end" fashion line? But my order was late and I evenually got an email saying that one of my items ordered was no longer available (but it showed available online when I ordered it), then the box that did come had horrible packaging and the box itself of the Rose Gourmand was gnarled on one end - Looked like something you would get from an ebayer trying to resell something old and used they bought at a yard sale- TOTALLY did not match the "fashion" vibe of the website. So that had me curious. Then I was sent Rose Gourmand for Him rather than for HER. I went back onto Zara website and Rose Gourmand no longer even listed on the site so I am wondering if that is what the delay was - them trying to find the stock that was online but they were actually out of? I was sent for HIM because that is all they could find that someone had somewhere? Now the website is updated? I also saw a youtube about Powdered Magnolia? Ithink it was and that isn't on Zara either so Im just confused by this brand/products and do they only make so much of a perfume then discontinue it? How do you rebuy if you like it if that is the case? Very confused. Thanks for any insight. :) btw - I tried the Rose Gourmand I did get on a tester strip and its beautiful (gray box with a black dot on lid so it looks like it is the man version?) and it is BEAUTIFUL. So at least it smells good!
