How to Create a Reusable Digital Signature in Microsoft Word

- In this Microsoft Word tutorial, I will show you how to create a digital signature that you can save and use again and again. By selecting Quick Parts and then AutoText you can quickly create your digital signature. This is a step-by-step guide starting from taking a picture of your signature and bringing it into Microsoft word.

Thanks a lot, man! I am not a teacher, but I work with a lot of clients. Almost every other day the clients want me to sign an NDA or any other protective documents, and my usual process takes a lot longer. I am sure having a reusable digital signature will help a lot in this scenario. I will be able to apply it to all the virtual docs and save a ton of time. I don't have Picture Format icon and I'm not sure where I can add wrap text next to my photo ( shortcut).
it all seemed very simple however when I select insert it does not give me the Quick Parts and Auto text option to select
Ok so it's reusable. How do you secure this digital copy of your signature from being reused by other people who wants to infringe or commit crimes using your signature?
Cuz they could just download your signature and reuse them right?

They would need to be using your computer and your profile for it to work for them.
You use the term "digital signature" but this isn't valid for legal documents. It is not encrypted and authenticated as you. It is an "electronic signature". Anyone who received your Word document can copy that image and use that image as their own.
I cannot for the life of me work out where/how to save the signature in One Drive so I can access it...
But one thing my PC is worrying me alot, please if anyone can do me favour. I will be blessed and such person as well. Thank you

In image of a signature is NOT A DIGITAL SIGNATURE. This video has NOTHING to do with digital signing.
what if we have to sign on letters as we give in offer or quotations it wont really beneficial its just for letters and nothing not usefull sorry
