I have Adobe Acrobat Pro on my Mac and I do not see those options you mentioned in the tutorial. I need to add this type of signature to some construction documents and cannot due to my inability to complete the digital signature. Please help or if anyone reading this can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, I'm trying to ceate a digital certificate signature in Adobe Pro but I can't even find the hamburger menu in Adobe Pro, in order to go to preferences. I just got the Adobe Acrobat Pro. I google and nothing directs to a page with the hamburger menu and side bar to go to preferences and start this process. i got it thanks, the information is for Windows on the Mac I did not see those options but when I used My laptop I was able to follow along and create the signature. Would it be possible for you to do a lesson using the Mac?

When I go to Fill & Sign or try to insert my digital signature, the whole screen gets greyed out and I can't do anything - I can't access my digital signature, get rid of the grey screen or move it around. Any ideas on how to fix this or what's going on?
