GRWM : Low back Pains Day 2: hospital emergency visit

I couldn’t take the pain any longer so I had my son drive me to the emergency room early in the morning.
Hip/low back pain - could it be related to epidural ?
Then I had to take a Lyft home thankful that it’s in this area because we do have a small population . Oh because my son was responsible and he did go to school on time after he knew I was OK alone at the hospital.
And then back to Walgreens, I went for prescriptions . Muscle relaxer, steroid and over the counter lidocaine patches. In addition to ice pack, I have a heated back massager.
Skincare: peptide serum, vitamin c, lip moisturizer, Guashua with grape seed oil.
