No Problem Connie. Another thing you might try is holding down the shift key when you click on the camp ground. But usually you can go into setting and look for something that talks about opening a new tab when you click on links. Each browser is different. You just said that you do full time RVing. In the video, you must be in your home.
Thanks for watching Clinton. We do live in our RV full time but when I recorded this we were visiting our son and I used his office to make the video. We sold our home and moved into an apartment about 7 years ago. A year after we started looking into this life style and sold everything else and bought our motorhome. We are now working on our 6th year of being on the road. We still have the same motorhome and love the lifestyle.

Yes you can! I’m not by my computer today to give you step by step but you click on the little tool for settings and I believe at the bottoms it says export. I’ll double check and get back to you tomorrow afternoon. We don’t have cell service where we are parked.

I use a tripod. My latest video ended up a little higher and you can tell because I keep looking up. I didn't realize that until I was done. The tripod really makes life nice. Thanks for watching.
Thanks, this was a fantastic series that I’ve downloaded and saved. One question; on the drag route function, I assume it will override your reroute (drag) if it isn’t RV Safe? Or alert you someway? Thanks again
Thanks for watching Lonnie. If you use the drag and drop you are on your own. The 2 biggest things to watch for are width issues and height issues. However, if you use the "Show Low Clearance" option under Map Settings that will protect you from height restrictions since they will show up. However, what I usually do is use Google Street View and check the route out if that is available. Not sure if the weight limit will show up anywhere. So keep your eyes open when driving for warnings. Mountain Directory might be able to help out but I'm not sure.

Does the rv safe map app work with apple carplay in your vehicle?
Thanks for watching Paul. I have never used Apple Car Play however the booth back drop mentions it works with Apple Car Play. If you want to know for the sure the specifics I would send an email to support@rvlife.com. Not trying to pass the buck but they would for sure know.
I understand I am a beginner and so must do my homework, but I HATE that, when I go to a campground to look at their info, I try to go back to Trip Wizard and I am out...must sign in, open the trip, etc etc. If it happened occasionally, no biggie, but every time I look at ANY camp, it happens, wo I am signing in about 10x in 15 minutes!!!! Do not like Trip Wizard, but have not found an app that is better. Wish I saw your discount before I bought the app. Thanks for all of your info! Connie
Interesting issue Connie. Are you talking that when you click on a campground icon it displays the info on the campground it takes you out of RV Trip Wizard? or are you clicking on Park Details at that point and then it takes you out of RV Trip Wizard? If this happens when looking up park details then it sounds like you need to change a setting in your browser to have it open a new window. Mine opens a new tab for each campground I click on leaving the RV Trip Wizard tab there. I only log in once. I agree this is all there is when it comes to mapping your trip and even though it isn't perfect (what is) we love using it. Thanks for watching and I hope this helps. Tent trailers ok? What the age of your trailers?
Thanks for watching Michele. Our rig is 29 years old. Quite the unit. As long as rigs look good you don't usually have to many issues even though some parks say no older than 10. We have found some that will not budge on that number no matter what but there are plenty that are happy to get the money. We started out with a tent trailer and had one for about 15 years. I get this question in regards to Sundance RV Resort mostly so I'm confused about this message on the RV Trip Wizard video. But if you are asking about Sundance they do not allow tent trailers. They only allow rigs that are fully self contained. Their idea of that is one you can connect to the power, sewer, and water. Hope that answers your questions.
I cannot change dates because of the lock feature. if i want to stay longer it wont let me add a day. It tells me I cannot add a day because it conflicts with the next stop! How do i get around this? I never put in an end date!
Thanks for watching. Sounds like you. have another site locked in after the date you are trying to add. That means you would have to take away nights before that or you would have to move the dates after. Locking dates in always complicates things. So , guess I am confused. I am navigator and hubby driver. Currently I use my tablet and Google maps.
If I buy RV TRIP WIZARD and apply our rv friendly routes, etc, can I still use my tablet to navigate. It will be just like Google maps and I follow along?? I don't HAVE to navigate by the phone gps do I.... my eyes aren't that good anymore....
Good Question. RVLIFE is the app that goes on your phone or Tablet. You use that to tie into RV Trip Wizard and navigate your trips using the RV Safe feature. So the answer is download RVLIFE and yes you can use your ipad.. Thanks for watching.
