    I work for Uber for over 4 years almost 8,000 trips not happy with uber at all they don't care about good professionals and respectful drivers we dont get better rates nor bonus for providing a good customer service but most of all ryders they are very appreciative that's why I keep working for Uber for those good ryder out there thank you even the bad and disrespectful and aggressive ryders too, I still believe in respect and good customer service because that's how I was raised. God bless everyone 🙏 spread nothing but Love and good vibes!!!✌️

    I like Jay but I get the sense that nowadays he just makes content to bang out content even if it adds no value. I wished he wouldn’t but from now on I’m going to be much more cautious deciding to watch him.

    What bonus? Uber took all of them out in Pennsylvania, and Lyft is not worth driving for unless they have a 5 dollars or more incentive per trip.🤦

    How about producing actual content. Every video I've watched on this channel seems to be more about the "hosts" hearing themselves talk than providing any useful/actionable information. I'm done, never coming back.

    People shouldn't be giving tips when Uber and Lyft are charging 2 times and 3 times the prices of a regular taxi.

    • @meghanlong3494
      @meghanlong3494 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Uber takes the tips they don’t give them to drivers. Just tip drivers directly.

    • @richardnoelle

      Don't assume everything in your market is the same everywhere. And if you really think Uber takes the tips, drive for Lyft. In my market at midnight, a ride from airport to our nearest large town will cost you about 30 bucks via Lyft and 180 by taxi. How do I know this? The customers tell me.

    • @user-km4gm6kb6s
      @user-km4gm6kb6s 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@richardnoelle Yea at the end your the one taking the trip and that's the problem you shouldn't be tolerating all of this non sense and abuses that's why they put upfront fares so you can decide if you are gonna take or not take the trip and so they can have enought evidence and proof if you decide to take them to court they gonna say oh he accepted the trip your honor we let him know upfront you see everything it's a set up by this companies to protect themselves against anything from the drivers that's why you should fight for your rights and star reporting them for wage theft we are in America we have labor laws that they know they shouldn't been breaking they should be paying you all online hours work pay you your tips tolls and not adding extra taxes to your 1099s you guys can also and protest for what is right but most of you guys don't know your worth first of all and are not united and are addicted and desperate to this apps and going out and making 100 or 200 dollars a day while they steal your rights. The taxi mileage around the country is $2.50 a mile and Uber and Lyft have cut your mileage several times to 69 cents a mile and you guys allow them to do that if you would been protesting they wouldn't Never have done that but you let them slide with that they try to do that to yellow or regular taxi does guys would protest for an entire month and sued everybody a huge difference from what you guys do you keep accepting the abuses and you guys own the cars and Uber and Lyft are charging you $900 to $1500 in some fake made up fees without renting you or giving you a car which is ridiculous if they are stealing you wages or cut your wages report the to the Labor department and call a labor lawyer and explain them your situation cause if they are paying $30 dollars for that trip I bet you they charge the rider 70 or 100 dollars and just gave you that little bit of money and if you take it that's on you it's what they are going to say that's why you need to report this things don't let them get away with it.

    • @thomasscott8608
      @thomasscott8608 23 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      They are charging more, but the drivers get less. I started driving in 2016. The driver got 75%, now we get 50%. The weird thing is that I make the same amount like clockwork. Ten hours=$250.

    • @user-km4gm6kb6s
      @user-km4gm6kb6s 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@thomasscott8608 good for you men that means you are in a good market but that's not the case for everybody in the country some markets are over saturated with allot of drivers and Uber giving their passangers to yellow taxis and this is all happening because you guys are not taking any action in protesting and reporting all of this changes to the Labor department that are affecting you and taking money away from your income. Drivers income decrease from $300 a day to $150 and $120 and most of the big markets which is abusive and is forcing drivers to quit or go bankrupt. Drivers in New York City today are singing a petition about this today and all of this abuses. Not paying drivers for all online hours, stealing their tips and tolls and adding extra taxes to their 1099s that's wage theft and Uber and Lyft are well know for doing this things and stealing surges and promotions and bonuses call your labor lawyer and report them with the labor department this the only language they understand and respect.
