Very interesting information. Many thanks. Do you have a video on harvesting your arrowroot? Would love to learn how to make use of the roots. Many thanks ❤️
The leaves of Moringa are God's gift for health but the seeds provide oil that is even more healing. Even the left over seeds, once the oil has been extracted, (the cake) can be used to purify water. If people only understood how well Moringa works every person would grow their own. It reversed my cancer and diabetes.
Hi Mike that’s why we try and get these small messages out. You are so right with the benefits the whole moringa plant provides it is definitely a miracle tree and congratulations on reversing your cancer and diabetes. Good health and happy growing 😊😊
Back again 😊 Ive just found your video on arrowroot. Great info! I left a comment/question: The first process in the thermomix, did you just crush the roots or cook them? Thanks.
Hi glad you found the arrowroot video. In answer to your question we just crush the roots to get the starch out. Or if we just want flour we just crush them and dehydrate them then grind them in the thermie or bullet. And then you have the flour with a nice amount of starch in it. 😊😊
