Nice. This was new to me. I have never seen long pizza dough simply baked “blanco” or “red” and no toppings. I loved the one with the ham slides and soft cheese. That looked like an open calzone. I think I will try to make a blanco one with prosciutto and other ingredients. But I don’t have that type of oven and kindling to get a great authentic taste.

@@Romafood In my opinion to grow your channel I would put out everything Italy has to offer. Meats, sauces, pastas, different kinds of pastry, this is what people would love to see. Even interviews with the shop owners and cooks would be fascinating. It is amazing how complex yet simple Italian food is. My wife's parents are Barrese and Neapolitan. My mother-in-law would always make a feast on Sunday's. Great food and homemade cake from scratch. We would sit at the table for hours eating and drinking. I am looking forward to more of your videos, best, William
