      Try it you will love it, remember to use full fat milk that one takes 3 days unenge waita, then Full cream milk takes longer about 5 days, enjoy your Hodzeko this summer, am sure it's hot in Capetown!

      I did not add anything to the milk, just left the milk in the container at room temperature for 3 days and separated water from the milk after 3 days fermentation.....

      Not so sure if it is Greek yogurt as we grew up eating it as hodzeko / (sour milk) back in Zim, some suggest that cottage cheese is made that way too.

      @@thegreatafrikanchannel yes because I know it as hodzeko. I was looking up ways to make homemade Greek yogurt and the process is the same. I’m tired of spending 8$ for Greek yogurt lol. Thanks for the reply

      @@seanryannyawo3002 DIY is the way to go these days, why spend so much when you can make it yourself. I will also look up how they make Greek yogurt as I have never attempted to make it before.... Thanks for watching my video, really appreciate it!

    RAW MILK RIGHT? People should know so they don't try this with pasteurised milk and get sick.
