- It's Sam's birthday and we went to her favorite Disney Springs Restaurant to celebrate! Wine Bar George is the namesake restaurant of George Miliotes. Miliotes is 1 of only 273 Master Sommeliers in the world and helped lead the team that opened our favorite restaurant in Walt Disney World, Wine Bar George. We've always found the food here to be incredible but for some reason never did a formal review of dinner. We figured Sam's birthday was the perfect opportunity to celebrate and highlight some of our favorite eats. Happy belated birthday Sam!! We LOVE Wine Bar George and make sure to go every single trip lol. We were just there again for brunch a week ago and it was sooo good. Those meatballs look so good. The short rib looks incredible. Aweeee pupcakes for Frank!!

🎂What a fun Happy Birthday!!!! It looks as if you had a great day Sam...and you deserve it :). Wine Bar George is so amazing. We have been twice (once my DD and myself for dinner and once w/my DH for Brunch). The mac and cheese bites are amaging and crazily I loved the the Hummus! Have you done brunch? It was incredible when we did it in 2022 (2 days after Ian!). Ugh this video makes me want to go again! Thanks for the video.

Raglan Road just had a horrible accident with serving a guest and ignoring her food allergies. She started feeling sick and went into Planet Hollywood to get help and passed away. So horrible. I can't believe Disney - of all places - had this problem. I hope they do better. Definitely an accident that can't happen.
I heard about that, absolutely devastating. I always thought Disney was very good about dietary restrictions and such but Raglan is run by a 3rd party. So incredibly sad to see something like this happen.
We are headed down in 2 days and have reservations at WBG. Great review. We are looking forward to it. We also do appy's instead of a large dinner. Everything looked great. Thanks for the review. We are going to try and sit outside on balcony if we can.
Ahhh we'll actually be there tonight to film their new menu. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as we do :) Have a great trip.

@@ThemeParkFoodies We went to Wine Bar George last night and it was amazing. Sat upstairs in the nice room, had a window seat ( too sunny for the balcony ) Started off with a couple of cocktails. Got the Big Board charcuterie and a bottle of Caymus. Super good time.

Going there in 2 weeks for my wife’s birthday. Definitely getting the cheese apps. But seeing some of the other items is making me think it won’t just be a cheese crawl.
And maybe this time we’ll see George. Hasn’t been there the previous 3 times.
