Does Toledo Deserve Its Michelin Recognition? Review at Disney World's Conorado Springs Resort 2024

- Toledo is a fine dining restaurant specializing in Spanish cuisine. The restaurant is objectively one of Walt Disney World's most beautiful. With stain glass ceilings that change color, Spanish Olive Trees that adjourn the interior, and picturesque views of the parks. It's situated in a prime location at the top of the Gran Destino Tower in Walt Disney World's Coronado Springs Resort.
A few years ago, Toledo earned itself the prestigious title of being one of the few Michelin Recognized restaurants in Walt Disney World. It joins some of our favorite restaurants on that list like California Grill and Polite Pig.
Despite holding this prestigious title, our experience at Toledo wasn't the best last time. We usually prefer Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Villa Del Lago when dining at the Coronado Springs Resort but we decided to give Toledo another opportunity to gain our recognition.
This video documents our full review of Toledo. We go over the décor, architecture, theme and try out their signature dishes to see whether we think this is one of the best restaurants in Walt Disney World.

We definitely recommend staying at The Gran Destino or just stopping by the Coronado Springs Resort when you have the chance. Beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant, great food and incredible atmosphere. Frank is the Stone Cold of Dog's that eat high end steak 😆. Thank you 🙂.

It really was excellent!
So, for our 20th anniversary trip, we stayed at Coronado, and ate fancy meals at Wine Bar George, Toledo, Morimoto Asia, Eddie V's. We also ate at Rix, Three Bridges, Dahlia Lounge. Toledo and Eddie V's were our favorite. My husband eats grain free, and we did love the flaming cheese and steak at Wine Bar George, everywhere we ate was just fantastic. But the best dish I had the entire week was the 50th anniversary lamb dish at Toledo. With a Gran Gin Tonic. Doesn't get better! I'm so happy you liked it better this time!

You guys should try Bull and Bear at the Waldorf Astoria. Highly recommend the chateaubriand and the potato pave, but basically anything there is top notch and the service is unreal.
We ate at Bull & Bear on our Honeymoon! It was before we started vlogging. Only reason we haven't gone back is because of cost. We definitely will though. One of our favorite meals of all time. And after this experience at Toledo we compeletly agree with your sentiment 🙂.

Staying in Coronado in 5 days!!!! Doubt we’ll eat there (2 picky eater kiddos) but looks good!

😆 we've actually been to Palmer's! To be fair, these were amazing sprouts. A Long Island trip is needed though.

I did some research and not currently seeing sprouts on their menu. They either took them off or I may have mixed them up with another restaurant. Either way, I'll make sure to make note of possible local sprouts spots in the future!

that ribeye needs a loaded baked potato. hubby and i would eat every bite of course id have to save some for frank but it would be a struggle.absolutely great looking dinner. 😃🤗🥰

We’ll keep that in mind, sometimes though you can’t access it unless you’re staying at the resort. Our favorite is Bar Riva at the Riviera!

On the charcuterie...those are Marcona almonds, not macadamia nuts.

Marcona almonds...! From Spain. Trader Joe's truffle marcona almonds are the best, if you like Truffle!! Macadamias are more round and very fatty. But also "meaty" and delicious!
