Kim's ball couldnt be a homer because it bounced off the fence. A bounce off anywhere means the ball cant be an out anymore, like a line drive off the Green Monster isnt an out even if its 'caught' directly off a ricochet off of the Green Monster. If the ball can't be caught for an out off the bounce, it shouldn't count as a homerun if it clears the fence off a bounce either.

I liked your potential 2025 lineup. Things can change quickly in baseball, injuries, and the expanded playoffs make for annual surprises. Bendix results sooner than most think. Just a few more wins than losses to be in the playoff mix. After all, isn't that the endless mantra: We just want a competitive team...
I appreciate these FO guys, Schumaker, and his coaches. But no one can blame or be surprised that Bendix wants his team in place. It's SOP and part of the long-term plan. As with players, modern baseball fans shouldn't be too invested in particular guys.
