    Week 20 is Jogs 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
    Today @donna_wilmott_trainer pops together a fast paced jog series that is designed to get your heart rate up 💨❤️ Consisting of:
    ~ 4 x 8 jogs followed with suspended jog.
    ~ Repeat this with a travelling jog 💙
    Tips....
    💦 high knees when performing the grounded jog
    💦 Keep the body aligned through the torso when performing the side & back suspension
    💦 a great one to get the heart pumping 🔥💦
