Been playing resto for over 10 years and this is a good guide to start with.
For new resto druid i would go with tankier build as you showed above and Frenzied Regen is a lifesaver when trained by melees - and the charge in bear is good to run away

Hey! I'll have actual feedback for you when 10.2 releases! If i'm being honest, I don't think anyone can predict the solo shuffle meta quite yet, anyone whos played it a bit may have some knowledge but it needs to go live properly for everyone to get in there and hammer down some real info! I DO THINK RDRUID WITH THE RIGHT SET UP IS REALLY FUN THO AND YOU CAN SPEND SO MUCH TIME LEARNING IT WHICH MAKES IT FUN.
I don't think solo RBG is a thing. They are releasing a game mode that you an que as solo into an 8 person bg. But this is only normal as they are trying it to see if solo rbgs could be a thing. It's honestly a horrific model as they give speed boosts on certain maps which takes away from the integrity of competitive play.
Hey man! What would you change if you're focusing on BGs and not Arenas?
Resto druid’s tough in rbgs , the damage that gets output can be tough to heal. My suggestion - play resto druid as the offense healer on flag maps - make sure your other two healers in the group are meta (so a mw/dragon/priest) so they can carry heals! Then make sure to be the first floater healer when the enemy hits and constantly leave the meta healers in team fight! Try and be vocal in rbgs so your teammates know what dps you’ve uronbarked to ensure no cds are overlapped. When it comes to the talents like you asked, I don’t have any set specifically for rbgs , there’s def some changes that could be made but not sure how much better it would be , i’d say just get your hot out and your treants on there main target !

Works with your healing overtime’s as well! moonfire you don’t focus a lot on, you used to use it to kll shadow priest psyfuends but not as much anymore

Yeah, I’m trying to decide what’s worth talking about, like going bear form seems obvious right? Tranquility making you immune seems obvious ? barkskun seems obvious ? What do you think, not being sarcastic. Felt like a waste of my time going over the things you can read and try once or twice and understand
@@TorpidFam Is efflorescence worth using over 1 target and is wild growth worth using at all in 3s I guess are my biggest questions. I see mass entanglement on your bar not entangling roots, is that not worth using? I think the defensives are pretty obvious but might be worth touching over for those who arent as adept in pvp. Don't get me wrong i think the guide is incredible and should definitely help people improve. I've only been playing for a month and got 1800 in 3s on MW so far. Really looking forward to restro druid.
