Most likely the common issues of most F4's. Plastic fuel connectors break, replace them with metal ones. Gasket's fail on the right crank cap. Starter gasket fails. Biggest one i've seen is a radiator leak, and a shifting issue caused by a broken return spring. Honestly though it's something you learn to live with, because the bike is gorgeous, and when she runs, she runs like the wind. A truly amazing bike, just high maintenance like any exotic vehicle. You have to pay to play ;)
hello how are you? I really like the critique of this beautiful Italian bike. And the fact that the bike you got very lucky and the truth that the staff felizito Agusta F4 is the best bike that is beyond a beautiful aesthetic and an interesting motor. As you say that is exotic and nothing comes obiamente given and must learn to repair and replace what does not. A big salute from Argentina to the bike felizitaciones you XD
Yeah I'm just listing the major problems people have come up with in the last few years. I have yet to have any issues with my 2010 F4, but I also don't ride it every day, rain or shine, I have an R1 for that ;)
Really...sorry you had grief.....I would want to own a 'Guzzi California....have similar Star and Gixxer and Frankensteining a 'Super Daytona.....but I look at Ducati and it looks like a ball-cooker and expensive joke...MV had no steering damper [!] and stupid clutch.....hope your doing happier now. good luck.
If you want a trophy bike this is the one. I hade the 2010 mv agusta f4 and it's been a problem child since day one. I'm so relax Now that I don't have it. Italians bikes are lemons. The few miles of glory.
We have a MV Agusta F4 Brutale that we bought new at $30,000.00. This is the worst purchase ever. The motorcycle does not always run and it will stop if you go further than 60 kilometres. Would you buy a monitor cycle that the manufacturer will not carry out its responsibility|?
