Very good review. You're one of the few reviewers of the MV's that's given a clear critique on the bike with down to earth views. Many 1st time buyers of mv4 will appreciate this. Please do reviews on the F3 675 & 800. It's weird that there are so few mv owner reviews.
Agreed. I think people (especially in the US) are afraid of MVs in general because of the lack of a supplier network. Ducati used to be similar, but now they have grown in size and have more shops and mechanics in the US and it's clearly showing that people are no longer afraid to buy them. I think MV could be more popular if only they invested more into their international market potential. But heh, I moved to Italy so I guess there's no reason for myself to worry lol
I owned an mv agusta f4 for 12 plus years. Then my son who used to sit on mine as a child bought his own at 18, he is 25 now and still has it. Great video brother 🤗
leicanoct in the U.K. the new shape 2010-2014 are starting to fetch less than the original style bikes. The early 750cc are getting very collectible, the 1000 and 1075 are hoovering around the £7000 to £9000 mark (depending on mileage and condition). In my comment I did mean and state the old shape.
I love the way the tank flares out. I feel way more comfortable and secure in the curves. Bike definitely BEGS you to go faster especially in Race mode.
All is adjustable on the F4 but the bigger guys or girls will simply not fit. It was my first road bike, had the F4 750 and bought the F4 1000 in 2004. The 750 I found rather aggressive to drive, while the 1000 has so much torque at lower rpm making it a smooth machine at lower speed. You are forced to drive fast and avoid cities and traffic jams as you simply burn your butt! It was my first road bike after driving dirt bikes, loved it just for looking at it and driving 200 km trips and back in the garage. If you want to drive incognito forget about that as it attracts a lot of people all the time.
Awesome review! I've always been a fan of those MV's and their quartet of exhausts coming out of the tail. Those Italians sure know how to make sexy bikes! Hate you got the ticket and yeah, I totally know that "downer" feeling that washes over you in the hours following. Best of luck getting that taken care of man. Ride Safe!
Asphalt 8 Airborne: Data The MV Agusta F4 1000 R was added in Fifth Anniversary Update and the bike was eventually released in Halloween Update as a High-End Class C Motorcycle
As Of The Fifteenth Anniversary Update The MV Agusta F4 1000 Is Now a Low Class B Motorcycle But The Most Best Class C Bike Was Previous However This Should It Is Was a Class C Bike But Is Now a Class B Bike Too
Very nice review. I’m looking at one now to buy. It’s got a lil bit more miles but super clean w titanium race exhaust, and rear sets. As for your cons, I have a 999R and it heats your boys and butt the same so it shouldn’t be much difference, also, over heating issue? Ducati has those as well. So if you can keep the bike moving you’ll be fine. It’s sitting in long lines of traffic or lights that does these bike in. These are very similar to the older Ducati’s. I think I’m going to pull the trigger on this 07 MV. Thanks again for the review. 👍🏻
Peter Rodriguez, if you live in LA, CA and like to get an 2007 F4 1000R, I have one and like to sell it for about $9500. It has less than 7K mikes. Look it up on Facebook.com
Great review sorry the cop gave you the ticket I would have let you go with a warning as soon as you told me you were testing out your friends motorcycle. The cop was just jealous you were on such a beautiful bike lol
Unfortunately, insurance in the U.K. is SO expensive. I’m 26, with almost 10 years of riding under my belt. The insurance is close to £8,000 for the year..
@@myarmfell0ff I have an F4, im 37, been riding since 4 years old, my insurance is 287 euros a year :) The insurance in UK is absolutely over the roof. Its just insane!!!
Would you buy a motorcycle that is unreliable? My MV Agusta F4 Brutale is just like a whore. Not very different to a prostitude. If I go for a ride that is longer than 60 kilometres I may not get back because it will just stop. The adds do not give you the facts. Add this to an unreliable manufacturer who abandons at the first problem and all that you have is griff.
Those damm cockroach cops are everywhere, except where you need them to be. You look like you were in a place out away from towns or cities, just trying to ride and have some good times. Then you have those cops that sit and watch those large groups of offroad bike and quad riders ripping through the city, no tags, no helmets, no nothing. They go home without any tickets. Just not fair. Sorry for the inconvenience on the ticket. We all know that you weren't driving reckless. You did however, get to ride a MV F4. 👍👍You'll never forget that either.
Hands down, this first gen F4 has the most exotic and elegant exhaust design ever put on a motorcycle. Nothing even comes close to it.
Daniel Kemnitz I agree!

minatormyth awesome story! Thank you for sharing. Glad you liked the video 😊
Im looking to buy one of the newer body style versions... crazy how little content there is of the f4’s out there.
Arian Kukaj I have to imagine there aren’t too many of them. And the people who own them don’t bother to share with the rest of the world 🤷♂️
So true
Don’t get a new shape, the original is the one every lusts after, you won’t ever outride it and will never lose money.

Justin Voluck I have 3 MV’s and all have been extremely reliable.
I just bought my Agusta brutale 800 and im in love bro , it’s just different, ignore hate people and enjoy
Wonderful review, thanks for not putting any music and letting us hear the exhaust
VintageHQ glad you liked it! Thanks for checking out my review!!!

It sure does! Just wish my legs were a tiny bit shorter so I could of fit comfortably!

Theee years late but by “bigger guys” Im assuming you mean height? I’m 6 1.5” and an early F4 750S is my absolute dream bike.
This bike truly is motorcycle art😍

DrVale ROSSi yes the exhaust configuration on these bikes are GORGEOUS! Wish my duc had a cool looking exhaust. Thanks for watching! Ride safe!
Batman had this bike in the dark knight, excellent taste

F4, Aprilia RSV4 RR and Ducati 999S are my fav super bikes
F4 and rsv4 do top my list. new to that list is the mv supervolece. I would also love to build a custom cafe racer kinda style

Mv Augusta, ancora la moto più bella del mondo !!!
Great review sorry the cop gave you the ticket I would have let you go with a warning as soon as you told me you were testing out your friends motorcycle. The cop was just jealous you were on such a beautiful bike lol
Speed limits in states is a bit low
There is nothing like an Mv Agusta
Zachary Stephen they are amazing bikes.
Is 30.000km too much for buy this from 2007😅?
The MV Agusta F4 1000 R Is a Motorcycle in F4-Series By MV Agusta
Do you have a Ducati 848? Both of these motorbikes are on my consideration list. Which one of them would you buy?
Reliability is a hit and miss with theses machines!
fastest production bike in 07
i was so close to buying an 07 mv but i didnt...very cool bike
My dream bike is a MV Agusta F3 800 RC or Panigale V2
Well done, great review.
Checker thank you!
I GOTTA GOLDEN TICKET I GOT A GOLDEN TICKET
The pegs are adjustable.
F4 with cable throttle? I want it!!!
That’s why these old MV’s are getting more collectible.
Easily can lose the license in 2nd gear and people still think you need 2023 230hp ducati.
why is it bad cruising though. Is it just a matter of you know that the bike is capable of more
What's the point with all those smokies about.
I'm sorry but I don't get pulled over.....I pull off!!!!! But you did right I just can't for some reason? Oh, I forgot, I used to be a cop!-
they are not twisty roads - in England you can have fast bends and then knee downs then mental straights. That bike is amazing wish you'd pushed it!
Paddy Grant it wasn’t mine so I was comfortable pushing the limits on it.
You shoulda took the ticket and told the cop "look at this"!
Great review. I’ll have one of these ONE day haha
CBR_Jay thanks!! I hope to have one too!

When you say you’re at the crest of the height limit, do you mean too tall or too short?
Benjamin Yip too tall.
Spencer King so your legs are too long to get under the tank/to the clutch/break comfortably? Thanks for quick reply btw, appreciate it!
Benjamin Yip correct. Could probably be fixed with a set of rear sets.
@@kingspencer7 how meter you are i'm 1,78m😅?
Wow I hate pigs sooo much.

cops here have no leniency what so ever unfortunately. Can never have any fun. Nice vid though.
Phil Hughes ya I’m realizing that VERY quickly
Your gear changes are fucking awful. Gorgeous bike though.
