You got to remember we seeing the edited footage of these interviews. No telling over the years what things people have admitted to or said while on with Vlad that he has cut out of the published videos to protect them, but he probably still got all the raw film. He's just letting the people he interviews know he wouldn't betray them so they'll still be willing to talk to him.

You heard something from someone about some situation that went on; It dies for a while or at least 2-5 years later then it's brought up again or in passing during those years. I agree with you on what you're saying, but it just depends on the cases reopen circumstances. Certain people tied to it may care, but not everyone wants to beat a dead horse.

I've supervised federal inmates for a decade. There were numerous federal inmates doing serious jail time because they never said a word during the investigation and in court. Their co-accused talked, getting off or a lesser of a sentence. Meanwhile, because they were silent, they took the majority of the blame and had the book thrown at them.

I remember when the Compton Gang Unit got upset with Kading for offering Keefe the “Queen for a Day” because they felt they couldn’t go after Keefe then or he somehow messed up Vegas PD. And I remember thinking to myself. If you really listen to Kading’s interview. He’s laying out what to do for the next detective. Go find someone he put in the story and have them talk and/or confirm what Keefe is saying so you can slickly charge Keefe. Etc etc etc. Little things like that. So, when the Compton Gang Unit didn’t pick up on that little piece of info. I was like I know I’m not the only one hearing this. I know when Kading said this he wasn’t hoping a “listener” would get this, but a Police Officer. I don’t know. I think Vegas PD let Keefe talk and talk and talk and feel more invincible so they could have undeniable evidence to convict him and he can’t say I was just he was lying. Let him dig his own hole. Get comfortable. And when you got the board. Take the “Queen for a Day” off the board. And that’s what happened. The same way Kading played Keefe to get the confession out of him. They will play him once again to get other information out of him in hopes of landing a bigger fish or at least try. If the Vegas PD hasn’t followed up with any paper trail on Zip or whatnot. I don’t know what the disconnect is. It’s been laid out from everywhere.
