The witness that testified at the grand jury said Big Dre told him he was the shooter. It’s not really just an opinion that this person had.
He wasn’t there to see the shooting tho, big Dre, Orlando and t brown all went back to Compton bragging that they were the 1 who shot 2Pac
@@itsagtv there’s been no witness testimony at the grand jury that T Brown or Orlando claimed to be the shooter. At least not yet, maybe that will happen in the trial but nobody testified to that at the grand jury. It is merely rumour that they were all running their mouths after they got back to California at this point. All I’m saying is that if someone tells you they were the shooter and you testify under oath that that’s what they told you it’s not merely someone’s opinion. It’s actually fairly strong corroborating evidence. Maybe someone will testify that Orlando or T Brown claimed to be the shooter but that has not happened so far.

No. He violated the proffer agreement by talking. That proffer agreement was for the day they sat down in la. He should have never said anything again. Proffer was for LAPD not Vegas pd.

If he made up , couldn’t prove brother loves involvement-you’d think that would of been enough to forfeit the proffer is my point.
