No at all. There is a proper way to handle this at the listing appointment. Additionally, when you make a great presentation and the seller sees the incomparable value in listing with you, they are happy to pay your commission.

That was an accurate response in the beginning... The ending is different though. The person that's that hostile, rather than going through 5 objections, they just hang up on you after they yell at you to stop calling.

This is a complex question. There are a lot of things that a great agent does differently; however, nothing will get an overpriced home sold.

Try that in an actual call if that actually works most often than not with that type of lead he would already hang up lol..I'm an ISA myself
Sometimes they do hang up. There are several actual tough live calls on my channel if you are interested in listening to them.

Some will, some won't. When you are skilled, you can turn a hostile prospect into an appointment.

Use “pattern interrupts” or Angry Expireds will just hang up on you.
