@@Studywellelearning mam I have a question kindly reply.. Can non-disjunction occur in allopolyploidy..?
@@anamika13 yes, wherever is meiosis and pairing . non disjunction can also occur.
@@Studywellelearning ok thanks mam. 😊

Wow.. I understood t concept. Tqq u mam..
Ma'am please make BSc lectures 🙏🙏
Will try
Number mam nice explain 😇
Ma'am if Allopolyploidy is forming an individual with 2n means then how it falls under polyploidy. Polyploids r those individuals having more than 2 sets of chromosomes ri8 like 3n 4n etc.,
Yes you are right ' polyploids have more than two sets of chromosomes
@@Studywellelearning Ma'am even I am a lecturer. I also make so many mistakes. 😊ty for making this wonderful video.
But mam S phase me toh sirf DNA double hota hai chromosome ka toh number wahi rahta hai wo split karta hai Anaphase me tab double hota hai
Yes. That's right
Mam we learned that chromosome no. does not double during interphase, only DNA doubles. Then how come it goes from 2n to 4n after colchicine treatment?
Yes only DNA content gets doubled during interphase. colchicine doesn't allow the formation of spindle fibres. so the chromosoms are not pulled to the opposite poles and the chromosmes are not distributed to daughter cells and remain in the parent cell only.
this leads to formation of a polyploid cell.
Can u tell me da difference between monoploid and haploid
consider a hexaploid(6N) cell, for it, monoploidy = N but haploid number will be= 3N
can you please explain everything in English. thank you
Madam shor bahut zayada ha khamoshi mn video banawo plz aur Urdu mn banawon
Sound is very low....
Can you explain euploidy please huhuhuh
Yes , In this video I have explained it.
th-cam.com/video/zscxMymBR3o/w-d-xo.html
But there is only 1 chromosome increase in zygote so how you called it a triploid?
No, it's increase in the whole set of chromosome.
@@Studywellelearning please explain how I am confused...
2n mean 2 sex chromosomes and n means 1 from diploid so 2+1=3 which is equal to 47 so how it becomes triploid?
@@NatureScenicViews 2n means two sets of chromosomes.
@@Studywellelearning that's what I am saying....
@@NatureScenicViews set means haploid number of chromosomes or one genome.
Awaj bhut kam hai
Please use headphones
Ma'am please use only English
Hardly hear......
mam till the chromatids are attached by single centromere it is a single chromosome or not
if it how chromosome is doubled by cholchicine treatment
The chromatids have genes , they will give their phenotypes. The phenotypic expression will be doubled. This will lead to increase in yield or other good characteristics . Now the question remains whether the chromatids separate or remain together. I'm looking for an answer to this.
Outstanding explaination
Thanks 😊
Thank you ma'am
