16:19 Correct if I am wrong- During S phase the Number of Chromosome remain constant but rather the DNA amount increases(Q) . And a complete set of Genome is represented by 2x and 2n so the gametes in the alloploidy is represented by x₁ and x₂ and not 2n. And the final zygote is represented by 2x₁ + 2x₂.

Yes that's sufficient you can refer Gilbert for dev bio and any topic you are unable to understand from pathfinder you can refr standard book for that. It doesn't matter which book you refer , only thing matter is your concept is getting clear plus you are able to solve pyq after reading the unit.

@@BansalBiologyAvantika Please don't form your own definations....people trust you....Ploidy is "the no. of sets of chromosomes in a perticular cell"...t has no connection with addition or reduction of chromosomes...a perfect 46 chromosomes in a cell is also a ploidy...yaa but definitely Euploidy/Aneuploidy is addition or reduction.....

For example you can go for pathfinder's general aptitude book.
