Is it better to import Appliance OVA files then use Docker Compose files ?

In this video, we get to import the Appliance OVA files and create Proxmox VMs
We get access to hundreds of VirtualBox VM Appliances which we can import into Proxmox

Interesting. I didn't realise it was possible to import existing VMs into proxmox

there are a lot of useful Appliance servers out there in OVA format
this gives you a chance to import and use them
saving you time rolling out equivalent servers manually
