What year is this?
I tried OBP with 2006 RX400 today but it did not enter programming mode for remote programming.
I will have to try Autel next time.

What tools can make this key? I know read 93c66 from under dash but no option to create key by dump on Autel or vvdi. They don’t have option for rx400h only other models

Nope it's not though. I did one yesterday within 10mins. For the most of the time I was decoding the biting and cutting it then. My programmer does it within 60secs, sometimes faster than adding.
