I think she's designed to scale quite well with spellslinger, at least 4 spellslingers increases her damage a lot, rather than 7 star guardians with meh late game units like rell or kaisa. Same with Jhinn, he's quite underwhelming even with good gear if you don't have renegade on him

The damage on the first two casts is pretty lame for 3 star, but the third could probably be slighlty better
