The real shocker is the date of birth of Leia Forman in That 90s Show. She turns 15 in July 1995, which means she is born in July 1980. Eric returned from Africa on december 31st, 1979. Leia was conceived in October or November 1979., if you count 9 months back.. She is Randy’s kid!

Rest in peace, Tanya Roberts and Lisa Robin Kelly. You'll be forever missed. It's a shame that Tanya never got to live to appear on the spinoff, after she expressed interest shortly before her untimely passing.
So according to Topher Grace, he wasn't really interested in hanging out after the show. He would just go home, chill out, and play video games. Which kind of makes him relatable. He's one of those people who has his own life after work. I remember watching E! True Hollywood story (this was before the Masterson allegations/trial), and they kind of played that up for drama. Which looking back is ridiculous.
Your wording is confusing because there were 2 actresses who played Laurie but only one of them passed away. I realize you were referring to the Lisa Robin Kelly and Tanya Roberts but saying “both actresses who played Laurie AND Midge” could be taken 2 ways.
@@shawnuel not that confusing if you watched the video and knew that those condolences were for whom Ms. Mojo had referenced. There was only one Laurie and one Midge in my book.
Maybe the rumors started about Topher Grace being "aloof" were because he didn't like Danny Masterson. He didn't go to all the parties that other cast members went to, possibly because he knew they were trouble.
Season 8 was primarily terrible because they got rid of all the old writers that were there for years and hired new ones who were not good. Of course, losing any one of the main characters would negatively affect the show too.
This show got me thru so many hard times, I got teary eyed watching that 90s show last night seeing all the old characters come home. It was always on around our house and it seeing it all again felt like going home. Hope it goes on as long as the last 🙏

@@thedenerad but the judge granted another trial.. which is odd because supposedly the majority of jurors leaned innocent. In most cases where the majority vote innocent but there is no unanimous decision, leading to a mistrial, the judge usually sides with the majority and says the case is over. Megalyn who played Hydes sister did dominatrix shows in Milwaukee before she moved to California an did that 70's show. She also got caught shoplifting once an keyed all the cop cars when she was released. I know all this cause I'm from Milwaukee area an was friends with her brother
There was also some wrangling behind the scenes regarding the casting of Randy in season 8. The network wanted Josh Meyers (who got the part) who had been on Mad TV and was a known entity to FOX. The show's producers wanted actor, Eddie Kaye Thomas from the American Pie movies. Whenever the boardroom wins out over the artistic people in a decision like this, it is usually the audience that suffers. Also, the fact Topher Grace was a little removed from the rest of the cast had more to do with his more conservative behavior, i.e. he wasn't much of a partier or a womanizer like the other 3 dudes were.
@@brokencandy1797 Very much so. Seth has Josh and their parents on his show regularly around the holidays. They are a funny family. Josh did not work in the context of ‘70s Show but he has his moments.

The age difference between Mila and Ashton was a bit unsettling, but considering on a daytime soap opera there was a character playing 16 while being 15 in real life and her onscreen boyfriend was actually 23 including fake sex love scenes that creeps me out more. As does Wilmer always dating underage females… Mandy Moore, Lindsay Lohan, and Demi Lovato. 🤷🏼♀️
Are you talking about Romeo and Juliette? Because they said that was the first time ever filmed (non p0rn) that had a minor show nudity. I think she was 15.
@@suhtangwong no I’m talking about the daytime soap opera General Hospital. In 1995 the character of Robin Scorpio lost her virginity in the storyline the character was 17 in real life the actress playing the role was 16, while the actor who played her character’s love interest was 23 in real life. What I’m getting at is the age differences of actors/actresses in teenager storylines has been like this for decades on daytime soaps. Because of child labor laws it’s easier to hire a 20 something to play a teenager, but if you have an actual teenager in a storyline with an older costar who is 20 something that’s creepy too. I was just pointing out this isn’t something new that started with That 70’s Show. 😉
@@MuchCow9000 wow what a mature response glad to know you possibly approve of big uncomfortable age gaps in relationships. Anyone else notice a time-line issue with that 90s show? Leia turns 15 in the summer of 1995..... that 70s show ends new years eve of 1979 .... meaning she was conceived while Eric was in Africa. As well as Jay( who is older than leia) never confirmed to be Kelso and Jackie's son.... he just pointed when he mentioned his looks and his mom's brains ....
@@rpsyco don't forget to subtract the 9 months from the 15 years . As for a 14 year old kissing a 19 year old, the 70s were way different than today!! When I was 15 I dated a 23 year old, I always liked older men and so did most of my friends...different times, different generations, different beliefs..all I can say is my teenage years were the greatest, I could write a book on the things I've done and who I've met and partied with but those will remain secret!!
The TV show was shot in the late 90s/early 2000s though. As for girls liking older men, I think it happens in every era, probably will happen in the future too.
My mom and dad got married in 1979. Mom was 17 and dad was 27. They were still married when my mom passed away in 2018. They were completely loyal and devoted to one another all those years. Everyone talking about Masterson being a creep but Valderrama gave him a run for his money too by dating Lindsay and Demi when they were still younger than him 😐 🙄
And yet Disney still keeps hiring him. He played Handy Mandy on that Disney Junior show, was in an episode of Wizards of Waverly Place, and was cast in Encanto..
Thank you for covering Masterson's trial in a fair manner. The jury is inclined towards acquit him. There is no solid evidence here. I can easily claim SA with some guy who slept with me and didn't call me back, that doesn't always mean he is guilty of SA. We should let law decide and not call him a perpetrator without any evidence.
Tell that to Remini. She runs her mouth trying to be relevant. I'm tired of this boring story. The jury seems to not believe there was SA and the prosecutor should give it up instead of trying to make a name because Masterson is well known.
They really don't want to allow for due process before cancelling Masterson completely. Let the courts do their job. Tired of all of these companies immediately cancelling actors based off of allegations.
if it was real life and not a TV show then maybe. Plus im not even sure their kiss even touched lips and if it did, it was for like .3 seconds as Fez broke that shit up really fast. Also, it was their job on tv, if you want to question anyone question the writers of that show.
@@Beer_Me sure 20 years ago, as his job, and im not even sure they kissed, it was so fast and to broken up even faster, but hell he's married to her now.
Actually the show had a sort of authentic 70s feel, based on experience. Except, no not everyone smoked dope every day. Those were called stoners and they looked generally alot rattier and greasy and grundgy than these characters do.
Why is no one more outraged about her dying in a rehab. My ex boyfriend died in a rehab because they took his inhaler from him. He had an asthma attack in his sleep and died.
Wait so she lied she was 18 when she was 14 ... either casting crew were high or drunk or both. Perfect crowd to make a 70s show. 90s show : not much is going on that interest the kids in 2020s, no social media, no videogames. What is this beer thing, kids only take pills now.
You’re forgetting that Ashton knew Danny’s victims (some at least). He knew what Danny was doing (and Wilmer who is also creepy) . Both of them were party boys in the day. So there is no way Ashton could not have known that Danny was doing something heinous. I’m not saying he could have stopped the guy but at least talk to him and don’t hang out with him especially if you care so much about human trafficking!!
Not trying to be that annoying know it all that starts his sentences off with "well actually", but I'm pretty sure it was Tommy Chong's son that had sold those bongs illegally over state lines (which was a shady ass set up orchestrated by John Ashcroft) and he was going to be prosecuted if Tommy didn't take the blame. So to be a good father he bit the bullet and did the time. Fun fact though, his cellmate was Jordan Belfort, the main character Wolf of Wall Street was based on. @@thedenerad but the judge granted another trial.. which is odd because supposedly the majority of jurors leaned innocent. In most cases where the majority vote innocent but there is no unanimous decision, leading to a mistrial, the judge usually sides with the majority and says the case is over. I think people are stretching saying Ashton groomed mila.
Mila kunis lied about her age for the audition but when they hired her they knew her age
Show died when Eric left and he turned out to be the only non weirdo irl.
Megalyn who played Hydes sister did dominatrix shows in Milwaukee before she moved to California an did that 70's show. She also got caught shoplifting once an keyed all the cop cars when she was released. I know all this cause I'm from Milwaukee area an was friends with her brother
You just made that up
Topher said it best he was a nerd on set and felt like the others hated that about him so he stayed away from them.
We appreciate all of your hard work and effort. God bless you.
Right I think that was his first acting job
Is Josh Meyers Seth Meyers' brother? They look a bit alike facially.
@@brokencandy1797 Very much so. Seth has Josh and their parents on his show regularly around the holidays. They are a funny family. Josh did not work in the context of ‘70s Show but he has his moments.
@@shawnuel It wasn't really his fault, the character wasn't very well written, and when the main character of a show leaves, replacing them never really works.
@@brokencandy1797 I agree but it was hard for the writers to serve a guy that was forced upon them. He wasn’t adept at some of the things they wanted to do with the character. Altogether, season 8 was just a big clusterfünke!😉
The Actor who plays Ozzie in That 90's show is 13, lol. So He beat Mila in being the youngest main cast member.
Grow a pair
Hope someday you have a child that wants to date someone at least 5 years older than them and you just let it happen, I mean it’s not like an older partner could ever be taking advantage of a younger person. 🙄

Why is the Aston Mila one a dark truth? She was 14 when she started. There shouldn't have been instant sparks. A few decades later though, why not?
Acting?
I think it's less about the romance side of things and more that their friendship was rocky
not really a dark truth, but I think thats what the focus of that 'dark truth' was
It would've been great if they got Cheech Marin to replace Tommy Chong when he was incarcerated.
That was ABSOLUTELY NOT the first kiss between - it happened seven years earlier on Will and Grace
Will & Grace and That 70s Show started the same year
Anyone else notice a time-line issue with that 90s show? Leia turns 15 in the summer of 1995..... that 70s show ends new years eve of 1979 .... meaning she was conceived while Eric was in Africa. As well as Jay( who is older than leia) never confirmed to be Kelso and Jackie's son.... he just pointed when he mentioned his looks and his mom's brains ....
Time issue? Seeing how it was 1978 for like 4 seasons time seems to work differently in that show:)
Could be brooks son who turned out to be trans 🤷
@@Denis-89 yes... but the final episode was specifically dated December 31st , 1979 .
She could've been conceived when Eric came back for a small amount of time. 1980-1995 is 15 years.
@@rpsyco don't forget to subtract the 9 months from the 15 years . I point this out because i was born January of 1980 ( around the time 70s show supposedly ended ) and was 15 when the season of that 90s show takes place, with Her birthday 6 months after mine .... meaning she was conceived between Oct/ November 79 unless they left out the fact she was premature.
Love your videos and this show too 🤣
One of the best sitcoms of all time!
Rest in peace Donnas mom and Erics sister
Four years since my moms death and my dad has not dated anyone else. He still goes by the cemetery every single day.
@@proberts4243 your parents found their soulmate!! How wonderful to hear about their love!! Your dad had the best, that's something he'll never find again, I wish him peace and comfort in knowing he had the true love of his life!! I bet your parents were amazing together!!
They didn't actually film it in the 70s though lmao
I think she was actually 16 and it was a mistake in this video.
Laura Prepon also joined scientology but apparently, she left it about 5 years ago. Her and Danny joined while they were filming That 70's Show.
I’m glad to hear she got out.
Amazing video ms mojo of the darkest moments in that 70 show history, fantastic job.
I remember watching Tanya Charlie's Angels when I was a kid loved her then love her now so sorry that both ladies passed
The sequel series has a good start and I hope it stays around. That 90s show is a great way to introduce new characters while showing what happened to the originals we fell in love with. I also enjoyed it since I grew up in the 90s and it had a good nostalgia feel to it.

I hate that Masterson may have done what he's accused of doing, because, 1, is disgusting, and, 2, Hyde is one of my favorite characters.
The jurors weren't convinced for sure.
@@ellebelle4094 that doesn't mean he didn't do it. Just as them being convinced wouldn't necessarily mean he did do it.
I think he did it Scientology shut them up they’re brainwashed and to believe anything bad that happens is your fault. it was reported multiple times by different woman who didn’t know each other. Scientology keeps detailed records but they’re not releasing them and because it’s a “ religion “ the courts are treading lightly. His D.j name is dj donkey kick that says a lot about him.

I love That 70's Show. 😁❤
Correct!!!!!!!!
Oh please the guy is guilty a.f!
I wish Danny should not put himself on such situation . The ranch fell apart because of this . We could have seen Hyde in this .
he’s in a cult ofc there’s no evidence??
Tell that to Remini. She runs her mouth trying to be relevant. I'm tired of this boring story. The jury seems to not believe there was SA and the prosecutor should give it up instead of trying to make a name because Masterson is well known.
Cute how Laurie & Hyde just vanished in "That 90s Show". Ah TV land, where people are disposable and everyone can afford everything!
They really don't want to allow for due process before cancelling Masterson completely. Let the courts do their job. Tired of all of these companies immediately cancelling actors based off of allegations.

This goes to show, that this show was once so groovy, now it's snakebit for years to come.
