Thank you for this amazing gift! So grateful for your generosity in sharing ideas. 🙏 it has really inspired me! You don't need a degree to do non clinical therapeutic art do you? I am about to start a degree in art therapy but now wondering after seeing this video wether wether i should as the non clinical approach really speaks to me with all its different applications.

    It really made me happy.
Now I am teaching drawing at art group.
    I call Happy art class.
I want to be a senior healing art teacher.

Please help me how to become the one I wished to be.
By the way, i have Bachelor degree for theology adult education and geriatric care for master degree
II want to help emotional people through art.
But I don’t have license or certification of an art therapy.
Please please give me best advice how to go follow my yellow road. Thank you.

Hi are you able to get a masters in art therapy? If you have a degree then you should be able to. Sorry for your loss ❤. I’ve also found healing in doing art.

i want to pursue a nonclinical art therapy path so badly but i am so concerned about the finanical burden of going to school for a degree only to go into freelance work again afterwards, do you think it is a possible path to go down without a degree

From what I've learnt so far it is completely posssibly to facilitate healing with an art practice. You just have to have the belief in your ability to hold space for others.

I did a clinical Psychology degree and still trying to figure out how to use my degree to do nonclinical art therapy it is really something new to my ears. Honestly, degree gives you foundation but you need to do a masters to actually get into the practical work. 💁🏿‍♀️ I think it's also about asking people already in the industry so that they can share their experience and you see what direction is suitable.
