As a woman, my T was low after years of inactivity due to chronic pain of 15 years from torn tendons. 3 different doctors could not help my pain and did not care that I could not be active and I was quickly becoming weak. I was told pain is normal as we age, I was 42. I changed doctors. They check my hormones and vitamins. Took the T and vitamin D for 4 month before I started to feel better and started sleeping well. At the same time I found Mind Pump and started with light weights to learn the moves. As I felt better and got better sleep, I was able to increase my weights. Then I reversed diet with high protien and have repaired my tendon. My T levels became so high we stopped TRT and I am maintaining my levels. Pain at rest was 4-6 out of 10, after about 3,000 steps my pain was 8-9. Now no pain until I walk over 13,000 steps or do an impact activity like running or jumping. It was a great tool to improve the quality of my life!
I am à 61 year old beautiful french canadien woman 😂 and I have been following you guys for six months now. I bought à few Maps programs and I suscribed to a gym for the first time of my life. Today I received the most kind compliment ever : someone told me that I look healthy! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏✌️
All right guys. You finally convinced me. Today i am about to start training in a Full Body split. Until now i trained 6 days on 1 off. After listening to you guys for 2 and a half years now i'll try full body split. I'm so excited about this novelty thing i am about to do. I just wrote the program down for myself.
58 years old. Have always been active my entire life, including wrestling for many years. Love the gym and gym atmosphere. BUT...I went through a rough time for about 6 months both mentally and physically (as in...not leaving my house unless I had to...including no gym). Luckily for me...a friend of mine (who is a competitive bodybuilder) just opened up a 'health' clinic with a doctor friend and after having blood work done...my testosterone was (as to be expected)...very low. Currently...I'm recovering from Covid and feel like SH*T but once I recover...I'll start my TRT treatment. In the meantime...this is great INFO!
My T was 91 ng/dl and my free T was 40 ng/dl. I was prescribed clomid pills and anastrozole pills. Now my T is 800-900 ng/dl and my free T is 145 ng/dl.
Subcutaneous vs. intramuscular is also a huge difference. I was injecting in the thigh twice a week. Switched to the butt about 18 months ago and feel so much better. I was retaining lots of water and had higher bp and high estrogen

I’m 42. Still feeling good but this last year stress of running small business I am getting a bitmore tired. Use to run 4:30am to 1030pm with never being tired. Should I look at getting on TRT? When did you know?
@@joecuster6926 first of all get bloodwork, your problem is maybe not low T, can be low thyroid, exhaustion, lack of sleep, diet, liver or and kidney issues, low red blood cells, stress, anxiety, depression… see a lot of things to take in consideration. Again bloodwork will tells you a lot.
A huge component of the tendon strength thing, most people arent eating enough collagen/gelatin. Testosterone stimulates extra muscle protein synthesis, but it does proportionally stimulate collagen protein synthesis in connective tissues as well. If you are only eating muscle meat you aren't getting the appropriate ratios of amino acids to support the collagen growth. This is when the injuries occur
Minimal drop due to today's obesity. No further decrease. Marketing invented by TRT clinics. People never had 800 or 1,000 levels on average as the marketers claim. Average levels of young healthy men have always been 400 - 450 ng/dL in the morning, on average.
Simple explanation for the decline in T: the body attempts max efficiency at all times and has a use it or lose it approach. With this in mind, the body is not going to produce much T for the average 27-year-old who is likely spending most of the day in doors, sat down, alone, on social media/video games, eating junk food delivered to the door...etc you get the idea. Then, once this 27-year-old gets to 40 and wishes to start sorting his life out, the mechanisms to produce extra T are just not there. There is research to suggest that just being around the opposite sex increases T levels....and human evolutionary wise, you would hope this would be the case. As always, the best answers for the MAJORITY of people, are the simplest: get off the screens, get outside, eat chicken and broccoli, and get lifting heavy!
I'm happy I've always been naturally high in test, and learned how to maintain&grow my receptors long before finding Mike Mutzel (High Intensity Health), whom lead me to Sal, and now Adam&Justin&Doug
I am overweight and I was on ozempic for a while and I did lose weight but my health insurance stop covering it because I'm not diabetic. I learned that my insurance does cover TRT. Should I try doing TRT? I'm sure my testosterone is low cause I have all the symptoms. Getting tested this week
Any update? I did Wegovy but wasn’t having great results. Most all symptoms of low T and got tested and was at 100. Long story short, I get my first shot next Tuesday at a Urologist. Probably should have used a clinic but went through my doctors. Took multiple test before they would cover it over a couple months period. 100mg per week to start. Doctor wanted to do 200mg every other week but I had him switch it. Hoping it clears up all my issues and gives me the motivation to start moving again.
I’ve been on TRT for 7 months workout is 2-4 days a week. I lift light. 12-15 reps 4-6 sets. Then if I have anything left I just ruin whatever I’m training with slow reps. I’ve leaned out. This has been my goal. diet is 7/10. No cardio. But I walk about 20 miles a week. Should I go heavier? I’m happy with the results so far.

per usual, you bring an episode that pertains to my life exactly when I need it. Just started TRT two weeks ago.
How's it going so far? I have an appointment with a clinic coming up after getting low test from my GP blood test. I'm curious about how you feel.
Started earlier this month. At almost 43 I was feeling like a 80 year old. Now I feel like a 60 year old.
LOL nice
It takes time. I started low and slow at 42 and I’m on month 6 and feel so happy and strong. Good things take time.
Heck of a video guys, I'm 45 and just started trt. I'm feeling better now than I have in years!
💪🏿I need to get some bloodwork done, and have my test levels checked. Never done it, I’m 45. So it’s a good time. 💪🏿

Started TRT last Fall. Feel so much better now! Great info 🙌

No TRT?
Started TRT a few weeks ago. Great show for me. You guys rock!
Wow finally a fresh topic! They were on quite the run of repeating stuff fitness wise

Weird, shouldnt make a diff. I’ve done butt, thigh, subq and all the same.
feminism is dropping mens T's
Yup. Masculinity is being suppressed and villainized.
Poder maximizar tus niveles de testosterona con buenos hábitos te hará un super humano. Es verdaderamente increíble
Literally going through this now. Waiting to do a second blood test to confirm my low T
Great show guys. Thanks!
I’m 42. Majority of the food i eat
is whole food. I lift weights and my testosterone level is over 700. I’ll keep doing what I’m doing.
Should we clap?
No. That’s weird.
Got those good genes
Same it’s weird 😂
Daily micro dosing is the way to go. Was able to get off my AI and my energy is significantly more stable
My test is at 480 and I’m 36 years old. I still want to try this fountain of youth
Awesome info! Thanks
For the non-novice lifter training 5 times per week is quite doable. Overtraining is a difficult thing to attain for the advanced lifter.
Very informative episode!
Have you considered interviewing Dr. Sean O'mara? I think he would be a good guest on the show.
Awesome show. Thanks 👍

The powers that be are weakening men .. once were weak enough they can take over .. between low T & trans men it's working
I’m on 170mg Test P per week for 5 years. Feel like my 20’s again

As a woman, I was shocked that I had low T in my 20s
Your video a are hi quality
What about 0,5 mg test every 5 days?

My test level was 367..now 1500....
The water makes the frogs gay . Only a legend will understand those words.
Conspiracy theorists aren’t always wrong…
Is testosterone really 25% lower than 20 years ago or is there just more awareness due to increased testing?

Play some rock and roll on that Gretsch Justin.
Boom

Suggest complete blood panel. Low iron, low thyroid, can also cause, extensive fatigue. A complete blood panel is your starting point . Good luck

Microplastics brother
Does it increase cancer risk
No, low Test yes. Having low Test is way more health detrimental than high Test
Look at the common jobs from then compared to now. Of course a factory worker will have higher test than a guy in a call center.
What’s considered low for a 40 year old man?
Don’t go by “numbers” go by symptoms or how you feel.
I can feel like garbage at 400 and you can feel great everyone is different.
Everyone talks about trt , nobody talks about pro hormones
General question: is yoga 2 to 4 times a week enough mobility training for a person that is also strength training 2 to 3 times a week?
Definitely. Leaving more toward the 4 days a week of course.
