    I’ve had this machine 4 ‘months now. I’ve done 4 tattoos with it so far. It does great lining , and even better shading. Best $50 I ever spent !

      @@garrethrathjens9991 hi its been awhile since i made vids on this. I think i made a review about it before. I do recommend if you will get a machine now to go for a pen type. Specifically a mast archer.

    Tengo la misma maquina, ahora tengo que poner un elástico porque no hace contacto y la aguja no baja. Hay alguna manera de arreglarlo o doy la maquina por perdida ya ? Gracias!

    Hi, This machine is used to make solid line? For example 9rl or 11rl?

    • @TortugaPH
      @TortugaPH  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can use it for bold line. Slower hand speed.

  • @troyfox8973

    Also I notice u say alot that the machine is good for shading, what should I do to make it good for lining?

    • @TortugaPH
      @TortugaPH  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      hi my bad didnt see this comment. for lining well some people like to line with 3.5mm stroke which this machine has as a preset. It hits hard so just find the right hand speed when you line to not cut people.

    I loved this video man, but how do you put the lube on it, can you tell me?

    • @TortugaPH
      @TortugaPH  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Put lube by the creases of the armature bar. Run the machine for 2 mins then clean. Or disassemble it and lube the armature itself.

    Hey man I just got one of these myself and was hoping it would come with some sort of how to guide haha. But it didnt, so being the worlds biggest newb to tattooing , do you have to tune this or is it good to go?

    • @TortugaPH
      @TortugaPH  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi sorry late reply. This machine is good to go rotaries like this don't have any fine tuning options.

      @@AndrueSOCAL mast archer are the best. Either the old 3.5mm or the archer s. The first mast archer is tried and tested. Mine still runs 4 years later. Checkout my vids on them and check the description.

    I got this machine about 4 months ago, once I hit 9v-9.5v it almost sounds like it's going to fall apart, any tips?

    • @TortugaPH
      @TortugaPH  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's not meant to be used at that high a voltage. Best at 7-8 max

    • @TortugaPH
      @TortugaPH  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Also just get a mast archer or mast flip.

    The spring inside always tents to break. Any solution for that?

    • @TortugaPH
      @TortugaPH  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi. Hmm I've been using the same machine for a bit under 2 years. I haven't changed my spring even once. The machine came with a strong spring. I guess its a high quality spring. I bought this off Amazon. Try going to a tattoo supply shop and bring your machine and ask them for a heavy duty spring. Make sure to lube the arm every now and then so that it flows more smoothly. It help the motor move better and lessen spring tension.
