Beautiful green box! I still think of you every time I use my shop towels😆 No matter how old your videos or what you do , I always learn a lot❤ thank u Rach
I am so glad you use the white wax. Some people want to use the black wax all the time. Everybody doesnt like the black. I for one don't care for it. All of your projects are so good, I enjoy watching you, it's so pleasing to see you create and using pleasing colors. I would love to see you doing a video using pink. Especially at Christmas !!! But now would be great
Well I'm glad you like my projects! Thank you so much!! And I will consider pink . . . It's not usually a "go to" for me, but if I can find the right thing to put it on, I will!! :)
I loved all of these projects but my favorites were the last one and the little birdhouse. You are so creative and I get a lot of good ideas from you! Thank you!
Looks lovely Rachel, the green box you used the white wax on it😍 Every time I use my shop towels I think of you, you Turned me on to them! Thank you !your hair looks so pretty with little redness❤ I also loved the super cute cat
Rachel, you are truly talented. Thank you for the inspiration. To choose my fav is difficult but leaning towards the box..... love the decoupage and the stenciling. 🎨 💐
Love how the tray came out, the paper really made it! I would have painted the bottom of that wooden mail holder. In case it got hung again. The little bird house so cute! The candle holders look great. Love the box!!! Again I would have painted the bottom just so it looks finished but it’s beautiful! Love how you displayed it too!
Thank you! I love that paper. :) And I usually don't paint the bottom of wooden objects unless there is a reason (if you were going to see them). I worry about how the paint wears over time as opposed to the original wood finishes. But that's just my preference! :)
The Bird House was my favourite, thought it was absolutely delightful, would love one just like that. Then the candle sticks, I know I've picked them again, but I just seem to like all the candle sticks you do. Then right at the end that basket of sort's, which actually turned out beautifully, wasn't sure at one point if I'm honest, but yes, really nice. A good day's work. 🥰🇬🇧🐾🐾💖
I loved them all but I think the letter box was my fav. I also loved the birds. I have some that I chalk painted. Let them set for a week then went to put white wax on. Eeek the paint came up. Did I not seal it good enough?
Thank you! And regarding the wax - it is really hard to tell. Sometimes when I have a piece that is a really slick material I will spray paint it first to give a little more of a grippy surface for the paint . . . . but using a soft wax brush helps, and I try to be super light when I wipe back the excess wax so as not to "rub" the piece too hard. I still occasionally have a little paint pull up, and I usually just use a little brush to repair the spot and then carefully go over it with a bit more wax. I don't know if this is helpful to you at all, but I hope so!! :) Anyway - thanks so much for watching!!
It really depends on the piece. I just feel that paint, no matter how well it is sealed, will wear with time. So pieces that are wood, for example, will show wear more nicely left with a natural finish on the bottom rather than paint. So as long as they are in good condition and there's no chance they will ever realy be "seen", I just make sure they are nice and clean and leave them natural.
You are one of my favorite you-tubers. I love your sweet personality and wonderful ideas. Thanks for all your hard work!

Are you still open and where are you located. I have a granddaughter that lives in Spokane and I’m going to be visiting her soon.
My Shop is open from 10 to 6 Tuesday through Saturday. :)

Plate and box were favorites but i loved the birds at the end-i didnt like them at first
Thank you! :)
Is the liquid patina thin? I have been using mod podge but it is so thick and dries so quickly.
Why don't you paint the bottoms?
It really depends on the piece. I just feel that paint, no matter how well it is sealed, will wear with time. So as long as they are in good condition and there's no chance they will ever realy be "seen", I just make sure they are nice and clean and leave them natural.
And the winner is. . . . .the Big 'Black Box'🤔that is actually painted black 🙄
Thank you.
