- The 1000hp 4x4 is finally fixed, the 80 Series was ready for flex tuning! It wasn't exactly the results we had in mind though... in fact, maybe it went even better than we expected! That was until the tyres let go and cut our night short!

How’d ya like beachport mate ? You scored some sick weather while you were down
It's gonna be interesting to see how you deal with the bost creep. Great video
We have some plans 🎉
Back in storage it goes? Or is there a tourer/4wd mud rock crawl episode coming up?.......
Dayyyum
Amen 😮
whats the fix with the boost creep? bigger wastegate or is the turbo size wrong?
Wastegate location/positioning
Shouldve put injector dynamic injectors in it. Any reputable tuning shop would know this. These guys seem to be cowboys.
Sorry if I missed it but why did there need to be a complete retune on 98?
Why couldn't you stick to Ethenol?
its a bad idea to store a car with ethanol its hygroscopic and causes rust, this is why they swapped out the injectors to stainless internals.
@@fujiwaratofushop Plus not available in as many places as 98 can be found(Which is rare enough)
E85 isn't readily available in Australia and realistically, any increase in fuel economy & range is needed for any sort of travel
@SamYoung4x4 fair enough but you will be paying big bucks on 98. I also have an 80 I put whatever into it usually E10. I'm over in Liverpool in Sydney and am spending around $1.75 per litre. The other day I found a station for $1.68.
@@danialcameron7198The difference in safety margin for knock from "whatever" to 98 is the reason. I think the economy comment is compared to E85 with 30% extra fuel off the bat. 98 is pretty much non negotiable for an engine like this, power would be extremely compromised for 91 or 95...
I'm thinking about adding LPG to my VW TDI 1.9. Moar power
Do it 🎉
Ethanol sucks
You suck 😢

Why don't you like ethanol? It's great stuff
Click bait. 😢
