I recently learned that Vlad's appearance & some of his personality traits were partially modeled after a successful owner of a pub(I forgot its name but that's not important) in Roseville, Michigan who was actually the best friend of both Butch Hartman's parents in college. Butch never revealed his name likely out of respect for the guy but I understand. He had a huge crush on Butch's mother though I don't blame her because she was pretty popular in college. And Butch made some changes and thought of criminals who were much more sadistic and crazy than that man. XD Also, for the record, he and Butch's father remained best friends until the man's death in late 2019.
