Awesome job on the video! I will only give a little constructive criticism in the way of suggesting that you speed up fast the repetitive parts (i.e. all the screws). Other than that, I loved the video and it was easy to follow along. I now have a brilliantly clear and tight fep film installed. Thanks!

It might be handy to put a piece of cardboard on top of the new fep, to protect it when you are tightening the screws. One slip of the hand and you need another fep.

Someone really went to town on the small screws at the factor, had to remove 6 with an extractor bit and replace them since the heads were stripped

Where is this foam from? is this from the packaging of a bottle of resin? Without knowing the dimensions or the source of said foam I am unsure of how I can properly space the fep

I cut an 80mm X 80mm square out of the packing material for the printer. As for the thickness, each layer of the foam is 5mm so if you separate a single layer of the foam from that packing material it’ll be 5mm thick.

Hello friend, you could simply use the foam in the packaging box, the size is 80*80*5mm.

My fep looks different from this it came with a rubber seal. Where does do I place that in comparison to this one?

My problem this fep its really weak. After 100 hour print, this is a big printer so after five 18 hour print the models start stuck in the fep .

Hello Viktor, here are some tips to help extend the lifespan of FEP, hope they will help: Pour the resin back into the resin bottle when not printing, then periodically clean and wipe the FEP with alcohol, be sure not to use sharp tools for cleaning to avoid scratching.
