Great video. Good to see someone talk about counties other than the Kerry's and Dublins. 2013 was a great day for me. I got 8-1 on Monaghan beating Donegal.
Anthony Nolan absolutely shafted Monaghan in 2018, Was completely out of his depth.
Great article and well researched. I was in Tullamore for the Kildare match and in Croker for the penalty shoot-out with Armagh, so it would be nice to see a revised edition of this excellent Video at years end. I was very proud leaving the stadium. As your mini doc shows it wasn't always so. You what they used to say about Monaghan supporters.. we can take the despair - its the hope we can't handle.. Keep up the good work

well i sure hope so because on our day i truly believe we can beat anyone in the country but our Kryptonite is interesting enough the same with Armagh our performances are insanely Bipolar some games we play amazing others so yikes

I enjoyed that very much, fair play to you. I have a 20 year old son and he thinks trips to Crocker for big matchs, taking on Dublin and winning in the league , trips to Galway etc are normal. Says it all. Monaghan ABU
well done great video. i’d say if you bet money in Monaghan every game you would make money overall. the odds at the bookies are generally skewed against them in part because it’s a small county and in part because everyone writes them off.
yea in fairness considering the small pool of players the county has to pick from we are punching well above our weight for example Dublin has a pool of players of about 100,000 that they can pick from that's more people then our entire county
Also worth a mention that the minors won in 2013 as well, first ulster title in 68 years.

The 2018 All Ireland Semi final I was there in Hill 16 with my dad there's no other way to say it but yea it hurt losing that game by 1 point but the consolation is let's be fair here Monaghan would have been completely wiped off the field if they had reached the final would have been over at halftime

nah you have the same problem as Monaghan cannot be consistent enough to win an All Ireland yes you got a draw against Dublin
in a group stage ........ my point is try doing that in a Semi Final or Final

Banty deserves some respect for bringing back a bit of belief to the county, and that Div 2 win over Meath was a starting point for the success. But the truth is it was Malachy O'Rourke who levelled them up and made them a proper Div 1, top 6-8 team on their worst day. He raised the standards and in general I think they've retained that to now
