To calm down before bed I like Specks (magnetic balls) to built something. Then I keep them in the case during the day in my purse and when I need to stim I put them in my hand and crunch them together. My other go to is a silicone straw. I can flatten and roll it up. Which is something I do with the hem of my shirt a lot.

I have a rather small fidget toy collection at the moment. I have a spinner that's gotten stiff (never been too much of a fan of spinners overall though), I have a cube, and most recently, and possibly my favorite at this point, a deadzoned N64 analog stick that I pulled from my N64 controller after I bought a new stick. it actually serves as a fidget toy AND something of a memory as there is something of an emotional significance to it due to events that occurred the during the last game it played through.
(btw, for anyone curious, the last game I played through with this stick was Majora's Mask. it was usable still, but took a lot of effort due to actually having to push the stick all the way at points to get it to register)

The Works are doing popping sheets for £3 at the moment and a Fidget Box containing various gadgets for either £10 or £12. New stock that arrived this week, worth checking out if you are on a budget. Also, B&M are doing Tangles for £2.99

My go to fidgets are mainly a sensory brush, a koosh ball, a worry stone or a crystal or a rock that’s small enough to fit in your ahnd. When it comes to choosing stones, I go for ones that have a bit of weight to them, or the ones that have a cool shape. I also have the Ono fidget roller. I like rolling it on my arms and stuff, but I also like playing with it in my hands. I even like using musical instruments as fidgets sometimes.

Really relate to the need for fidget toys that can be used in a professional environment. I usually end up using my pens as my fidget toys in the office, and I think this is why I enjoyed collecting pretty pens in high school since it also gave me a variety of aesthetics I could fidget. Smooth clicky pens are great for fidgeting in louder environments, and in quiet environments I use cap pens to twirl through my fingers or chew on the cap. It is a pretty "acceptable" thing to do and I don't feel self conscious using them in front of other people.

I just got mine in and I love it, this is honestly my favorite fidget toy I’ve ever used! The weight is something that’s nice to me, I like that it feels like I’m really using my hand instead of mindlessly doing ir

My infinity cube got me through a dentist appt, which is usually a very anxious tense experience for me. I also like this soft plastic textured bracelet I have, though the nubs are starting to come off I rub them so much. That's a great one b/c it's silent. I also keep a length of chain in my pocket at work - discreet and heavy enough I don't have to worry abt it accidentally falling out.

Good afternoon. Thanks for the videos. I am 46 years old and I was just diagnosed with Asperger's today. I have felt uncomfortable since realizing the possibility of having autism discussing it even with my wife. Now I feel like I'm coming out. Who and how do I tell? Do I need to? Is there a video for this?

For me the fidget cube has saved me multiple times while getting needles / blood work. I have a severe phobia reaction to needles and having the fidget cube in my opposite hand while having any blood drawn or shots done has stopped my reaction from happening! I still need to have it with me to get that affect but it has been my saviour (had mine for about 3 years and just replacing it now for the first time)

I have Asperger's. Rubik's cubes help me a lot. I learnt how to solve and as i got faster I learnt the advanced method. I dont recommend it though for that reason because it's really noisy, especially if you are speed solving. So it's non good if you are at class. Everyone at school hated me for that reason.

For my 7yr old throughout the years I have bought ever fidget toy & busy boards. Every thing you can possibly think of. He also has SPD so makes it a little harder. He will touch fidget toys for a minute and then he's over it. so far we have the cheapest thing possible that he uses every day and never gets tired of tearing paper and rolling little tiny balls he never gets tired of it and I don't have to pay for expensive fidgets anymore. I ask him are you making me paper nests & he loves that!

Been thinking about getting a fidget cube. I really want something to keep in my mouth though for sure, but it's hard to find a good one and they are very expensive.
I think I'd like that one too, I've never used one. Wish I could try it.

I’m planing on purchasing a spinning pen to help me cause I get ancy especially in a work environment (I can usually fidget with a regular pen at work and make do) however my manager notices and takes away my pen cause “I’m done with it” so I’m thinkin my own personal pen with a spinny feature could help !

Talking about a toy, I have a real fascination with temporary traffic lights, the lights are absolutely awesome, they are so much better temporary lights, than regular permanent road traffic lights. I reckon autistic ADHD people should be able to buy them as a way of de stressing those for those on the spectrum?!

I have a very big fidget collection, and it only gets bigger. I have a few fidget spinners, a fidget cube, some sensory brushes, some of my favorite rocks, a ball that has lots of bumps on it and it squeaks whenever you squeeze it. I like to feel the air on my skin whenever I squeak it, and I like the feel of it whenever I roll it on my body. It would take me hours to list every single fidget I have. Sometimes I even like things that play music. Even though I’m 23 going on 24 in almost a month, I still have all this stuff. I do not care though, because it makes me happy!

Don't they have houses where you live? Why do you need to wait for a house to live in? With 4 bedrooms are you going to be having beds for homeless people or some body? 4 People can live in one bedroom real nice. That sounds really nice. Building more houses where there are not enough houses. Hope you are safe until you are in your new building.

My favourite discreet sensory is a textured keyring that I bought and just took the ring and chain part off. It is rubber so I can squeeze it as hard as I want and it has bumps all over it that work for me. It is small enough that it fits within my hand and I can turn it over in my hand no problem too.

      That's personal preference.
I have both and I prefer the small one due to its softness, it's incredibly satisfying to the touch and just an overall better roller than the bigger size, imo.

Yes, my dogs also drag blankets around if they’ve been buried under them (more in the winter and less so now that it’s warmer).
I just got done walking them around a nearby lake (while listening to the audiobook version of Fall Down 7 Times, Get Up 8 which I highly recommend!!) and they wanted to say hi to the geese, roll around in dead fish smells or goose poop and run in the grass!! 😂 😝
It’s such a challenge having dogs sometimes (esp if I want a nice calm walk around the lake outside) but they’re such sensitive sweeties and they mean the world to me and my fiancé!!!
I definitely want to check out the ONO (adult and junior cause Why Not) but I think the Brillia is interesting.
I just started on my 50mg once daily dose of Vyvanse for my ADD and it’s working so far.
I’d love to watch a more full review of the Brillia in the next few weeks once you’ve been on it for a month. Keep up the amazing work!!
