God doesnt take things away without replacing it with something better. Girl, you are blessed just like the title of your page. Dont ever feel like you're behind. You're actually so far ahead especially because you're so young. You're doing so much just by posting these videos. You have a gift of encouragement. These videos give people hope so they don't feel alone. Thank you so much for posting!

I just found your channel and binge watched your videos. I’m just sad you haven’t been posting lately. I don’t know what’s is going on in your life, as from one chronic illness sufferer to another, I get it. But I just wanted to show some encouragement in case that is what was missing. I really enjoyed watching your videos.

I'm about ready to give my 2 weeks. This is one of the hardest decisions of my life. I live with debilitating digestive issues. I can't even drink water without feeling nauseous. This illness has given me suicidal thoughts as well. My fear with quitting is how I will survive financially.

I'm 52 and my sleep schedule is similar to yours but more like go to bed around 3am. I've always had to work for myself from home...even before internet...so I could work around how I felt. I'm so sorry you are going through this. I will never give up on hope...not until I'm 6 feet under. I aiming to live until 120 years old lol so I have to get better "one day soon" :)

This is so relevant to me right now. I had my CNA as well. I've been really sick in and out of the hospital the last few months. I don't think I'll ever be able to be a CNA again. I don't know. The POTS is so bad right now too. And I've been stuck in starvation mode for months. I'm only able to digest 3 foods currently and there are lots of other things I'm fighting right now. I think I'm just trying to figure out what I'm actually able to do. What is a realistic job I can do longterm? Idk but I'm really really impressed you did that for a whole year. That is sooo amazing! I could never do that. I've only ever been able to do 8 hour shifts part-time. But now that's a struggle. And I totally understand wanting to feel "normal" and capable of doing things.
    Thank you for these videos.

I have been going through alot myself personally over the years. Having been diagnosed with pots myself along with some other health issues its been pretty rough. Thankfully I have my mom to help support me through this rough patch of my life. I worked mostly retail/sales because I didn't enjoy school, but now that I don't have as many options as I'd like I'm highly considering school again. You have no idea how much you have inspired me to not give up and to try to live the normal life I myself want as well. I will have to take things slow and move forward like you are! Ty for your videos I hope all is well with you!

I love how throughout the video you gradually kept adding more layers, lol. But, I’m so sorry you had to quit Katie. I fully support you and your decision and I love you and I’m always here for you! ❤️

    Hi. Just found your channel.
What happend with your lavine exercise program? Did you keep up with it?
I really liked it. Wish you could talk more about exercise. I read few pots exercise programs but none mentioned pillows and cycling on the floor. I think ill try that!
    Have you tried rowing?
Any more tips eg what kind of swimming? What kind of cardio? And can you cycle on the bike on normal seat?
Im trying to exercise but i also exercise at night. Hard to drink so much water in morning to be able to exerise. I find i get neck pain and back of scull pain/migraines from some exercise. Unsure if its from weak neck or its just when my heart goes super high.
Can you please tell me more about exercise itself.

I feel like I am stuck at my current job of 11 years. They let me keep my job after being hospitalized many times. I would love to get a full-time job but I know they will not work me when I'm sick. What should I do?
