This is good, but I need more originality. There are 3 iconic steps from Chanel's choreography and 1 from Noa's choreography.
The split is a basic dance step its not like chanel inveted it jesuss

3. lift
4. a drop

Exactly! Just because she is singing/dancing does not mean she’s copying them… its not a crime to dance/sing. Its actually very difficult and not everyone can do it.
With the same argument, everytime there is a trumpet or a violin we’ll say they’re copying alexander ryback or sunstroke project… does not make any sense whatsoever.
Some moves are the same as Chanel's.....that was invented by her...
no they did not, but MORE THAN HALF of the dance steps are IDENTICAL to slomo so you are either blind or haven't watched the slomo performance in a while. it goes way beyond inspiration, this is a brazen copy

No country has ever won imitating a previous performance since songs with the panpipes in the 90s. Originality is hard to find these days but an outright copy and paste (and not to anywhere near the original’s standard) will not win or come close.
Chanel’s performance was also very similar to Fuego
@@daria13139 Yes it was definitely influenced by it, and both performances were perfectly executed without affecting the voice. I think Fuego was a better song and Chanel’s choreo was more complex. Unfortunately here that’s just not the case on either count as is sounds like a direct lift and not as good. Unicorn was also influenced by both. I didn’t like the song personally, but it wasn’t a direct copy and the solid vocal and performance meant it did well. Still didn’t win.
The song is alright, but is it allowed to be THAT "inspired" by Chanel's 'Slomo'? It's basically the same dance and the pace. Weird.
It should absolutely be disqualified for plagiarism, but neither was Poland 2023, so i guess its ok...
