If you have to choose a camera/lens for a once in life time shoot.....what will it/they be my friend?
ahhh Alex good question. Actually I'm more interested in the "who I would be shooting" once in a lifetime shoot than the camera. I would have to say. I would love to have a portrait session with Geddy Lee of Rush. Him and his basses. Big Rush fan, since Neil Past a year ago, it would have to be Geddy. Now as far as camera, humm probably film 6x7 Pentax with an 80mm portrait lens. If I had to choose a digital body and lens , Nikon D6 with the Nikon 105mm 1.4 E or Nikon Z9 with the 58mm Noct 0.95 lens. hehe hard to decide but yah, those would be the ones.

Glad it was helpful Greg. Ceremony's are a stressful time for all. its one and done. Can't go back for a redo. Always keep that in mind when customers ask why it costs so much to photograph a wedding vs a birthday just in case they come at you with " same amount of hours" excuse to lower your prices. hehe
