I use a 3 piece hardwire gear set(mask(18.7% repair skills and 17.8 repaire skills mod,holster 20%repair skilss and gloves 20%repair skills) with two murakami( backpack 19.2%repair 9.7 status effect though i would prefer haste and 18.2 repair skills mod with energize and murakami kneepad with 12%haste 18.8%repair skills) and a grupo chest piece(20% repair 10% haste and 15% weapon damage) i would like to replace with alps chest piece tho and it does better than what you have on with less skill haste although when i get alps chest i could fix that
I see you have that China armor?? Only my lvl 30 guy can only find 2 parts, I could like the whole set. 12:08 the tru sons have this awesome building, an they don’t clean the place up. In boot camp train you to be clean
The reason I enjoy this game after constant gameplay in the past 2 weeks is because of developing a build, I dont pay attention to meta, I have an identical build, I'm still working on it but I love how far its come
Hey Buzz very nice video. I agree with you its probably the best for legendary. And depending on the squad, heroic. I don't use the BTSU gloves , i used Acosta backpack, hardwired, and replace 1 scale repair and two hastes with status effects. With 10 incindiary grenades, an iwi, and changing the Chem type , I can cause damage while my skills refill or change NPC focus to prevent allies going down. I haven't tested this with healing seekers yet, but I find they may be necessary to switch to if a colleague gets trapped away from the team.
Kinetic momentum on the vest is my go to. It's nice. I also use the mender seeker mine. It heals others on it's own, not much but it's better than nothing. Its just one less thing to worry about

I have a very similar build and have completed all the legendaries with my clan mates. I'll sometimes switch my Chem launcher to a pulse or blinder Firefly depending on what's going on. The BTSU gloves are often a lifesaver for the skill refresh.
Use The Send Off shotgun as your secondary, Reformation on an M1A for primary, you get the buff for Perfect Rooted even with Primary Weapon active. Works well, I sit around 300% Repair atm.
I almost finished doing set after your video. But for my gameplay I rather have reformation on AR than on sniper, because I don't have to much luck in hitting head shots. Anyway... I'm missing only BTSU gloves, but already people from my new clan are very pleased to have me in team while doing legendaries :). Thank you very much for that video!
I actually have both BTSU/High End and a HW medic builds and I like them both. That being said, you didn't do the comparison justice. With the HW you get Chem launcher charges back faster, just through regular play; you hardly ever run out of them or need to worry about it. In Heroic/Legendary, it's a big enough point worth mentioning.
I healed legendary district union today. The chem launcher 4 piece hardwire build I used instantly healed them to full with opportunistic and empathic resolve, 4 piece hardwire. I'll have to check my hive, because safeguard probably is better than opportunistic, but the chemlauncher heals all but really high armor builds instantly no matter what backpack talent you use. I tried the chest piece talent you are using, but I found my self standing off to the side so I could quickly move to heal all players. Staying in cover for 10 seconds was rare, so I switched to empathic resolve. I might try safeguard, but I think being mobile with the chem launcher might fit our groups playstyle better. I might just go back to hardwire backpack and run BTSU as you suggested. I like opportunistic but didn't have much time to shoot when I had to keep the chem launcher handy. I can see how all the extra haste would be beneficial for the chem launcher, but a 10 second feedback loop can replenish charges quickly too. Thanks for the ideas.
I like to run as a healer. I originally used the Technician class for the Hive parks. Just switched to Survivalist as I found i would miss with my Chem Launcher a lot. So i use the Healing balls, as i can sit behind cover and send my balls to allies and they last 300+ seconds. Granted they have no where near the healing power of the Chem launcher.. but doing well none the less. I also like the fire grenades with the Survivalist to add crowd control. Mine is the same as ur build except I run the Hana U and my chest talent is Empathic Resolve.
@@LtBuzzLitebeer I'm good, been playing the division for a long time I know what I'm doing. Got a dps and a skill build ATM. My dps build does 130k smg and 514k M1A rifle. My skill build does 2.5 mil sniper turret and 3 mil seeker.

Developer comment: Currently it is difficult to keep a high uptime in 4-man content as non-tank players try to be as safe as possible and NPCs have higher lethality, so chip damage is less frequent. This also buff is also meant to make Empathic Resolve able to better compete versus the True Patriot debuffs.
Hey dude great build!! I‘m running 4 piece HW and 2 Murakami (Backpack & Gloves). I never run out of heals and my heals (hive and chem) heal most agents 0-100 with one charge. I think about changing to an hw backpack for the feedbackloop but tbh I can manage my cooldowns fine and got 115% more heal with my configuration. The best thing is you can just change to the revive hive if needed and you almost have infinite charges. Greedings
BTSU are insane if you play them right. A good healer with them on can make some massive heads up plays. Outside of combat though....everyone in your squad should have a HW set to reset their own revivers, not doing so is just silly.
I do run the Hard Wired gear set using the backpack and the chest. Just out of curiosity, what heal skills should I be running in order to take advantage of the talents? I currently run the healer hive and the reinforcer chem launcher, but neither of them comes back fully when I use or cancel the other. Thanks for any insight.
I run Gunner spec for my healer build so I can use Banshee pulse. I also use Spotter to give more dmg to the team with CC every 10 secs. My heals with a hive are strong, I top off dps players with one charge. Like to see how there is different type of healing builds now.
I will definitely give this build a shot, I currently have a pretty good Healer build that feels like heals for days using a 4 piece Future Initiative brand set with BTSU gloves and Alpine Summit BK that was built for IH raids and other parts of the game. I compared your stats with mine and mine is lagging just a bit behind yours but is still much better than the HW version.
LtBuzzLitebeer I have a very similar build, but was using two 5.11 to get the skill repair. Your way gets more skill haste and another skill tier for my build. Farming Murakami now :)
Made this setup yesterday. Using a m4 with healing buff to headshots and the silly infinite lmg for those, ohshit moments.. But might try the shotgun incase i get rushed. So i can confirm this build is great. But takes some practice, in counting your stacks and letting you group know when you overpower their skills.
I run mine with skill haste/status effects, and repair skills mix repair/status 50/50, btsu gloves empathetic resolve and oportunistic on backpack. With resto hive and blinder Firefly and survivalist. So i can heal and turn enemies to DMG boost piniatas.
Is there maybe an updated version of this? I'm sure the premise remains the same, but there's probably new schools of thought on how to keep the DPS jocks shooting.

Really good build. Closest I've to mine so far. But I use 3 r&k, 1 alps, 2 murakami's. Chem launcher is 1.4 mil and hive is 630k i think been a while since i looked at it. I feel like the cc build should be the one running the btsu if your squad runs them.
I have the same build, except empathic resolve on the chest and only minimum stats gloves because of the bugged btsu loot. Tried to get new ones when gloves were targeted loot at the camp, for 16 hours, heroic and challenging.... got nothing. I prioritize skill haste all the way though. One chem launcher shot recharges every 12 seconds. It’s a trade off. Do you want to have your mates fully healed with 2 hive charges and fewer chem launcher shots, or are 3 hive charges sufficient enough while having more chem launcher “oh shit”-emergency heals.
Can someone please clarify to me the talent Safeguard. Is it: a-100% skill repair as in - your hive repairs alies with extra 100% efficiency or b- 100% skill repair as in - your skill gets repaired to 100% health(ie your active turret or drone)
This is wonderful but GEEZ, Buzz, how long does it take to farm all this stuff (and where)?? I'm running (all) bounties, lvl 4 CPs in targeted areas and various other activities, but most of what drops is completely useless. Thanks for this valuable info!
Ran this build minus the btsu gloves on my first legendary yesterday, Capitol Building. That cool down on the hive is so important, you should try to emphasize on how handy that is a bit more. It literally saved our team during the final encounter cause I ALWAYS had at least 3 charges to toss down almost instantly. My HW build would not of been able to keep up with that dps with its cooldowns. This build tickles mah healer preferrence perfectly my dude.

As much as I respect your builds and experience, I have to disagree with the comparison between Hard Wired vs yellow build for healer. You are right about 'more' heal that you get from the yellow gear set, but HW gives me a 10 seconds cool down on the chem launcher which I believe to be the best healer skill in game. Even if HW heals for lower than yellow gears, the chem launcher instantly heals all HP from 1% to 100% even on tanks. Indeed the HW healer hive is way worse than yellow gearset hive, as it takes me 2 hive shots to fully heal an ally. BUT the hive has the great disadvantage of delayed heal (not instant like the chem launcher), plus a small area of effect that forces my allies to stick together. With the chem launcher i shoot anywhere and insta-heal. Initially I started with all the godroll Alps and Murakami pieces, maxed heals and skill haste + reformation gun + overwatch/empathic resolve chestpiece + safeguard/overcharge backpack, to go for the highest heal amount possible I soon realized that it doesn't help if I heal for 2 billion HP per hive shot, as i run out of heals too quickly. Players take many small amounts of damage over longer periods of time (low tier hive) and occasional high amounts of damage (chem launcher), especially in tight situations with shield mobs and heavies. The problem was not how much it heals for, but skill haste and area of effect (here I mean you can shoot the chem launcher anywhere, but the hive range is limited).
There is no overhealing in this game, the closest thing we have is armor buffs. If you heal someone for 1.5 billion and they pop up and get blasted in Legendary 2 seconds later you might as well have topped him up with a 550k heal. If you want to protect your team either use Tardigrade/Vanguard or use a chem launcher (or both). The amount of investment required to make restorer hive decent is an obvious bait the entire community seems to have fallen for. IT'S NOT WORTH THE INVESTMENT BOYS. Think outside the box. This build is the box. No shade to Buzz, you're great bro but this build is cookie-cutter af. PS- still love the vids.
Great build, though I personally prefer Empathic Resolve. I quickly added the numbers from your gear together and it seems like you have 187.5% repair skills. I'm assuming the rest is from the Keener watch?

Great video. I don't have the level 40 BTSU gloves, so would the level 30 gloves still be useful for the core talent? Or go with one of the other recommendations in your video, till I get the level 40 BTSU gloves?
You using the Bt gloves because of the Talent. So yes, lvl 30 is ok. Btw, with TU 9.0 it would be possible to upgrade/reroll your lvl 30 Exotics up to lvl 40.
Why not use an M1A with reformation? May not be the (Perfect) 40% but at least it is consistently up while you are helping the team with DPS. This is what im using, M1A and sweet dreams. My build is not as good as yours is, (mine is hard wired) but i can run around in circles with 6 fatties on lost tanker.

I'm personally think that the HW comparison wasn't the best you could have done. I use the HW chest which gives much better skill repair than the chest you had, and it means I can use BTSU gloves aswell
Does safeguard show the healing values when looking at the stats? Like if my healing value for my chem launcher is 1.2 million in the skills UI, will I actually have 2.4 million?
Very good. This is the best build for a healer ;) The problem is, in most cases, you don't need a healer for PvE :D Legendary or DARPA heroic is better with 3x DD and 1x CC in my opinion.

Been using this build for a few weeks now. I tend to toggle BTSU with Hana-U when required then just chuck HU back on.

Try to utilise the Sweet Dreams shotty. Being able to smash a non elite rusher comes in clutch alot
I use it on my CC build as I stay out in front of my squad.

If u craft holster by yourself you can get 1 additional skill mod and that means more healing overall

You could use a large mag lmg you can stay in cover and keep random enemies suppressed

What missions do i farm for the BTSU gloves?
They can drop anywhere, but I tend to find them on Black Tusk missions like Camp White Oak and Viewpoint Museum.
Kinetic momentum would get you more healing power on the chest
I can see what you mean, but Overwatch gives my squad +12% damage to assist them in downing Tank NPCs on Legendary. Every little bit helps out.

I prioritize skill haste all the way though. One chem launcher shot recharges every 12 seconds. It’s a trade off. Do you want to have your mates fully healed with 2 hive charges and fewer chem launcher shots, or are 3 hive charges sufficient enough while having more chem launcher “oh shit”-emergency heals.
But can hardwired reset CD for a revive hive to give that extra bit of last second swap over flexibility when a teammate is downed?
No, but you can run BTSU with 4 piece HW if you want.
Can someone please clarify to me the talent Safeguard. Is it:
a-100% skill repair as in - your hive repairs alies with extra 100% efficiency or
b- 100% skill repair as in - your skill gets repaired to 100% health(ie your active turret or drone)
This is wonderful but GEEZ, Buzz, how long does it take to farm all this stuff (and where)?? I'm running (all) bounties, lvl 4 CPs in targeted areas and various other activities, but most of what drops is completely useless. Thanks for this valuable info!

That's a render issue that I have been seeing for a few weeks.
Ran this build minus the btsu gloves on my first legendary yesterday, Capitol Building. That cool down on the hive is so important, you should try to emphasize on how handy that is a bit more. It literally saved our team during the final encounter cause I ALWAYS had at least 3 charges to toss down almost instantly. My HW build would not of been able to keep up with that dps with its cooldowns.
This build tickles mah healer preferrence perfectly my dude.

As much as I respect your builds and experience, I have to disagree with the comparison between Hard Wired vs yellow build for healer.
You are right about 'more' heal that you get from the yellow gear set, but HW gives me a 10 seconds cool down on the chem launcher which I believe to be the best healer skill in game. Even if HW heals for lower than yellow gears, the chem launcher instantly heals all HP from 1% to 100% even on tanks.
Indeed the HW healer hive is way worse than yellow gearset hive, as it takes me 2 hive shots to fully heal an ally. BUT the hive has the great disadvantage of delayed heal (not instant like the chem launcher), plus a small area of effect that forces my allies to stick together. With the chem launcher i shoot anywhere and insta-heal.
Initially I started with all the godroll Alps and Murakami pieces, maxed heals and skill haste + reformation gun + overwatch/empathic resolve chestpiece + safeguard/overcharge backpack, to go for the highest heal amount possible
I soon realized that it doesn't help if I heal for 2 billion HP per hive shot, as i run out of heals too quickly. Players take many small amounts of damage over longer periods of time (low tier hive) and occasional high amounts of damage (chem launcher), especially in tight situations with shield mobs and heavies.
The problem was not how much it heals for, but skill haste and area of effect (here I mean you can shoot the chem launcher anywhere, but the hive range is limited).
What HW gear pieces are you running with?

There is no overhealing in this game, the closest thing we have is armor buffs. If you heal someone for 1.5 billion and they pop up and get blasted in Legendary 2 seconds later you might as well have topped him up with a 550k heal. If you want to protect your team either use Tardigrade/Vanguard or use a chem launcher (or both). The amount of investment required to make restorer hive decent is an obvious bait the entire community seems to have fallen for. IT'S NOT WORTH THE INVESTMENT BOYS. Think outside the box. This build is the box. No shade to Buzz, you're great bro but this build is cookie-cutter af. PS- still love the vids.
Actually i get more heal from my hardwired set than the highend
I still like my hardwired build the only skill I'm going to add to the chest is the DPS boost when in cover for your team

Great video. I don't have the level 40 BTSU gloves, so would the level 30 gloves still be useful for the core talent? Or go with one of the other recommendations in your video, till I get the level 40 BTSU gloves?
You using the Bt gloves because of the Talent. So yes, lvl 30 is ok. Btw, with TU 9.0 it would be possible to upgrade/reroll your lvl 30 Exotics up to lvl 40.

Nope. Gloves targeted loot in the open world is just fine.
They are not DZ specific and can drop literally anywhere...although they are rare.
If you do Camp White Oak, the last boss has an increased chance of dropping it because they're part of the BTSU sect of the Black Tusk.

Why not use an M1A with reformation? May not be the (Perfect) 40% but at least it is consistently up while you are helping the team with DPS. This is what im using, M1A and sweet dreams. My build is not as good as yours is, (mine is hard wired) but i can run around in circles with 6 fatties on lost tanker.
You could absolutely use the M1A with P.R., I just like to stay a bit further back and pop headshots with the SR1.
I use a 3 piece hardwire gear set(mask(18.7% repair skills and 17.8 repaire skills mod,holster 20%repair skilss and gloves 20%repair skills) with two murakami( backpack 19.2%repair 9.7 status effect though i would prefer haste and 18.2 repair skills mod with energize and murakami kneepad with 12%haste 18.8%repair skills) and a grupo chest piece(20% repair 10% haste and 15% weapon damage) i would like to replace with alps chest piece tho

I'm personally think that the HW comparison wasn't the best you could have done. I use the HW chest which gives much better skill repair than the chest you had, and it means I can use BTSU gloves aswell
I don't think I could play healer cause my head too damn hard to play the rear. I like to push. Build looks good Top, I'll give it a try.
Does safeguard show the healing values when looking at the stats? Like if my healing value for my chem launcher is 1.2 million in the skills UI, will I actually have 2.4 million?

The problem is, in most cases, you don't need a healer for PvE :D
Legendary or DARPA heroic is better with 3x DD and 1x CC in my opinion.
Yup I noticed that 3 dps and 1 cc works like a charm
I hear you, but on Legendary, a healer really comes in handy.
Also, it's just fun to play it in a different way.

Btsu overclock also gives yourself overclock not just your teammates, better easier and more consistent than any other way to get overclock
