I have the A4US and a 502 head. Seems like a similar or same fluid base (one is updated?). Any way to lock the pan (not just the all way fluid function) so I can use the head’s fluid control without the monopod panning as well? Edit: I assume taking the base off will satisfy my issue but I’d be happier with the feet still intact lol
WOW, that's one heck of a monopod!

Hi, taking the base off is the only way that we know of to achieve it.
Do you know the dimension of the plates where you fix the camera. I would like use dual plate peak design, but not sure it fit. Thanks.
Hi, it depends on the plate, you can check the dimensions of specific plates on the Manfrotto site.
Can you tell me if this head can pan independent of his monopod?
Hi ,it can be used independently.
Sir can i use Manfrotto MVH502AH head with monopod?
You sure can! The MVH502AH has a flat base with a 3/8th threaded mount. Thanks for watching!
