The perfect, all-around glutes and legs strength workout! 👍I loved the supersets repeated 3 times. It gave a chance to fine-tune the move, and advance it with tempo or weight increase. My HR even got up there at certain points! My lower body feels strong! 💪🔥

Crushed it!! Pushed myself in new ways and I’m proud of my efforts today! I know it’s love day but I was not loving Sydney when she added a fifth round of glute bridges! Especially since I was already pushing myself by doing all rounds on the bench and taking the last 10-15 seconds of each round in an isometric hold! But I did it anyway and surprised myself with my strength and glute endurance!! Great work today y’all! ❤❤❤🥵🥵🥵🥵🔥🔥🔥🔥🍑🍑🍑🍑

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Leg day is not usually my favorite but I am learning to enjoy them more and I really, really enjoyed this one. I felt so strong and was able to use a heavier than normal starting weight on almost each exercise. Thank you Sydney, Dustin and team!!!💕💕💕

I loved the straight glute bridge set at the end! Even simply so I didn't have to quickly pull a heavy dumbbell on and off to do different exercise. Glutes were already tired but I was still able to push thru! Great workout! ❤
Wow! Today felt a little like a Monday for me. Up many hours with my son last night…thought about pushing this to tomorrow but I did it! Not my best work but pushed myself when I could. I’m either getting old or need to warm up more because my quads were not ready for that jump start 😅
I found this extremely challenging today..but in a good way. Learning to push myself to do more but not pushing myself over the edge. 🙌. That extra round of bridges was rough, but stuck it out!
