Without Alex Morgan, Lindsay's winning goal against Brasil doesnt happen. Alex draws the attention of defenses. This makes scoring harder for her, but easier for the rest of the team, PARTICULARLY the younger ones.

the rising star is Corvin Albert, the coaches should pay attention there...she is stubborn if they get the ball, she chases to get it back..she is everywhere in the field of play..she is fast..she is small and has endurance.. .the poison that rapino threw in the team did a lot of harm, raise the morale of the team ..it will not have a good result in the olympics, the women's teams became very strong, they will not have easy races
Olympic rosters, being limited, must be examined line by line. How many defenders will the team carry, midfield, front line?
Three lines dividing 16 positions, do we carry 5 for each plus the one odd out? Naming players you wish for is pointless if they don't play in line needed.

in comming olympics spain sends its under 17 cup winners team they will be the 2024 paris olympics cup champions!!! period. all 11 & all the sub plauers play real very very good.
they beat englands u 17 by 4-0.in the final game.

I’m not really sure why were even having this conversation already… a whole new coach is coming and she’s gonna see things in certain players that maybe twila didn’t see. This roster could be so different than what people may think.
Emma has had heavy influence since her hire. Just not on match days.
Emma Hayes will certainly want to employ a European style offense. Which players will fit into this style of play. Yes we can discuss at this time who should make the Olympic roster but when Hayes takes over who knows what changes we will see in players and tactics especially the offense philosophy she intends to employ

From the SheBelieves Cup roster I would eliminate some players to meet 18 for Olympic requirement, they are:
1-Nighswonger
2-Girma or Gaetino
3-Emily Sonnet
4-Cat Macario ( she’s NOT QUITE READY YET to play 60’ and reserving her for future).
5-Campbell ( 3rd goalie)
There you have it 5 off!
There are NWSL games to be played as well S. Korean games, some players’ stock would rise that’ll make it easier for Emma Hayes to decide the final roster!!!

Girma is a no brainer to be on this team and most consistent player on the US team and best defender.
