I’ve noticed physical attacks have significantly lower accuracy than magic ones. My physical attacks buffed up on accuracy tend to miss ameno sagiri sometimes But charged up magic shots literally never miss him.
SPOILER It's only ever vaguely implied by Rise's line about something "intervening" but the anime all but confirms that Teddie's Shadow is being manipulated by Ameno-sagiri. In the anime, when Izanagi strikes the finishing blow on Shadow Teddie, it also hits a sort of small, larval form of Ameno-sagiri that immediately releases fog to escape, and they gave [CULPRIT] the the same blue-and-purple eyes Shadow Teddie has when Ameno-sagiri possesses them at the end of the anime.
So was teddie originally another sagiri that just abandoned its purpose to shroud the world in fog? This shadow is just the husk of what teddie was supposed to be.

I don’t know too many of her roles, but looking at the ones I am familiar with (Iori Minase from Idolm@ster, Aguri Madoka/Cure Ace from Doki Doki Pretty Cure, etc.), you’re not wrong. 😅

Damn.... you really ruined the experience for yourself 😅😂 seriously why would you even let yourself get up that high? I would just reload an old save from before you leveled up so severely. It sucks to have such a waste but honestly is the only way to keep the game enjoyable and not just bulldoze through everything.
If you can get kanji to learn charge before tackling teddie he can be a lot more viable to bring. Shadow Teddie has these moments it takes him two turns to charge an attack if you deal enough damage to him while he’s charging it can stun him. Now this is somewhat challenging to pull off on harder difficulty’s and fresh runs. But yu and kanji taking advantage of pre prepped charge attacks can make it a lot easier to manage.
The crazy thing is the shadow versions for the human characters up until this point have all been very lustful in nature. Then teddies shadow emerges and it turns into a nihilistic nightmare dead set on destruction. The fact is even though teddie has been nothing but an open flirt with the girls on the team there was no lust in him for his shadow to grow from showing his feelings are pure I don’t even think he knows what scoring even is. The shadow instead grew from his pessimism instead of his lust like it did everyone else.

If you want to make thing easier for yourself you can change how much money and exp you get for each battle or start hunting those golden one . If you want to fight the golden one best way is using physical attack as they are resistant against all spell so bring Kanji ,Chie ,a physical persona and Yukiko for heal , and if you are lucky to get critical , all out attack can kill them all , there are usually multiple of them in one battle and each one will give you a good amount of money and Exp if you manage to kill them before they escape
Ali Karim you don’t have to change the exp if you don’t want to some people just want to feel all powerful early on or just want to play for the story and the different choices like a visual novel and not for the challenge of fighting bosses and shadow but then again if they do that they should have just play on easy , but sometime changing how much money you get just save you time like could you imagine running around for 10 hours grinding for the money, you can do it but staying in the dungeon all day long is not really what people want to do , it get boring real fast
It's best to keep the parents out of the room when fighting Shadow Rise cuz she's disgusting. For the battle against Shadow Teddie, insert any slap related jokes if you'd like.

im responding a litteral year after but i came into shadow teddys fight under leveled making him extreamly Hard to fight and now i dont want to turno around cuz then ill have to gridn time i dont really have
Why... not just do it on steam. It has really low requirements even for a brick like mine, if you turn some stuff down and since it's a old game it's hard to make it look worse than the orginal and your golden.
I did it in one try with my characters at level 33... I don't think that this boss fight is so hard, I found more chalenging the kanji one fore example
Really shadow rise was simple but teddie was overly tanky, used ice attacks and silence which made it difficult to use yukiko in the fight, on top of that he could effortlessly knock down your team while I’m pretty sure he himself was immune to knockdown. It’s not that his attacks were hard to manage it was more along the lines of he had so much health he took forever to kill.
I don't know for sure, as I have only played Normal (New Game) and Very Hard (NG+), but I'd imagine it's much harder because you're constantly underleveled and unable to fuse the stronger personas. For example, after 6 or 7 hours of grinding I have finished Kanji's dungeon at level 20 (his shadow is 24). Which means that I'm 15 levels below Shadow Rise. Oh, and because of that long grinding session I got no SP items left.

Rise in the Japanese dub sounds like a whole loli. To be fair, her voice actor is Rie. She’s literally known for voicing loli tsunderes in anime.

If you didn't find out you have to either farm golden hands or get a job
grinding. keep going back and fro in dungeon. you dont need a lot of money anyway in P4 unless you want to focus on persona fusion.

What? Absolutely not. Not only does Shadow Teddie hit hard, he also has way too much HP. Shadow Rise was a much easier boss fight.
