    it's my day three of chloe tings 2024 weight loss challenge. i didnt take any breaks while doing this video today. i did just like she did. no skipping, no breaks. im proud of myself. alhamdulillah, it's been three days only, but im feeling stronger than before. thanks to you chloe sis.

    2024 Weight Loss Challenge
    weight: 70.2kg waist : 86 cm Left Arm : 34 cm
    hips : 103 cm thighs : 64 cm Right Arm : 36 cm
    Day 1 ✅ knees were shaking at the end of 1st workout but I feel fine after cooldown
    Day 2 ✅ i thought i wouldn't be able to complete today's schedule cuz my thighs were aching all day but it gradually stopped aching while doing the workout
    Day 3 ✅ My thighs were killing me all day long, it was much worse than yesterday so I thought I would skip today's workout but I did it anyway! Surprisingly I feel much better while doing the workout. It was definitely hard during warm up but it felt easier as I do the first workout. I took a 30 min break before the 2nd workout but I regret it cuz it felt harder again after my muscles cooled down lol
    Note: I definitely feel myself getting stronger as my knees does not shake anymore during the workout. I found lunges hard to balance but I'm getting a tiny bit better at it. Squats also doesn't feel as taxing anymore. Additionally, I will do Toned Arms Workout | 15 min Upper Body Burn at the end of the workout starting on day 3 since my arms doesn't feel as sore from the scheduled workouts.
    Day 4 ✅ I feel tiny bit less sore than yesterday and as usual, my body feels lighter while doing the workout! I did the 1st workout better than I did last time too..!
    Day 5 ✅ I woke up feeling way less sore today. I'm definitely feeling stronger! I did the first workout way better than last time. My arms honestly felt sore during the warm up, so I'm glad today is leg day! Ah, my legs were shaking during the 2nd's workout Leg Circles though...
    Day 6 ✅ Rest Day. My muscle ache are mostly gone by the time I woke up this morning~
    Day 7 ✅ Rest Day. I don't really feel any sore anywhere but my whole legs would get cramped up for a few seconds if I lay down and straighten my knee too much..! How weird haha.
    Day 8 ✅ Finally the start of week 2! My body was itching for a workout after that 2 day rest~ To be honest? Today's first workout is by far the most tiring one omg... I was literally out of breath the whole time ;;; But surprisingly, I was doing quite well!! I can't believe how much better I got :0 My lunges are way more stable now, and I can even squat lower than before! I thought I would get weaker after that long rest ;;
    Note: I changed my additional arm workout routine to Chloe's 10 Mins Toned Arms Workout | No Equipment. I couldn't feel enough burn with the previous one. This one feels way more challenging!
    Day 9 ✅ It was kinda hard but not really! At least not as hard as yesterday's lol It burns your arms but I feel myself getting stronger 💪💪 Additionally did 30 mins of Aerobic Workout
    Day 10 ✅ I am sweating BUCKETS today holy moly- like i was literally dripping sweat all the way through and out of breath...and I still find it hard to balance Lunge High-knee. I did my arm workouts well today! took no breaks for that. 💪💪
    Day 11 ✅ That second workout was really hard. Yeah idk what else to say...just hard. But I did it *phew*
    Day 12 ✅ Rest Day
    Day 13 ✅ Rest Day
    Day 14 ✅ I somehow feel really tired and sweaty todayyy......... aughhh
    Day 15 ✅ Finally on week 3! I took 1 day break cuz I felt unusually tired. Hence, today I'm brimming with power 💪💪 the workout was hard though. But I still had energy to do 30-min full aerobic workout with no breaks despite today's schedule having 3 workouts instead of 2. 💚
    Update: yall i'll be taking a week break cuz i sprained my ankle while trying to pick a fruit smh this is so silly 😂
    Day 16 ✅ I AM BACK!! Phew I am sweating all over!! I'm much better now but not fully recovered though. Today I feel like I'm doing the exercises in a more proper form. Probably cuz I try not to mess up the moves in case I sprain my ankle again lol I thought I would be weaker since I didn't work out for a week but I actually don't feel that tired~
    Day 17 ✅ I love abs workouts! I can really feel the burn. Well tbh probably cuz lying down feels great!! 😂😂 Today's workout wasn't as tiring. I can do side planks way better now 🔥💪 Time for additional 30 min aerobic workout!
    Day 18 ✅ Oh my god I'm sweatyyy AF! That was pretty hard nglll I even mostly did low impact versions. Well mainly cuz I got no more energy for em + my ankle situation + not wearing shoes 😂😂
    Day 19 ✅ Rest day
    Day 20 ✅ Rest day
    I've been a bit busy and forgot to update so i'll just say the result. I only lost about 1kg, not much but it's probably cuz I still ate a lot like usual. My waist did get smaller, about 5cm. Also, a bit if abs forming right below chest area. Don't see any difference with my arms, but that's okay cuz it's the hardest part of my body to slim down. It's a fact that I definitely got stronger after doing this workout and I live my life healthier! You can also do it!

    I am going to update daily about my routine. Please someone like my comment so I feel motivated
    Day 1✅ - April 29th weight - 84kg
    Day 2✅ - April 30th weight - 83.6kg. My body is aching like hell but still I took breaks and pushed till the end..
    Day -3 ❌skipped it on may 1st due to body aches
    Day -4 ✅done day 3 exercise on may 2nd. Current weight 82.85kgs
    Day -4✅ Here I am back. It was tough to do I pushed to till end . weight - 82.95kgs. I didn't follow my diet so extra weight gain.
    Day - 5 ✅ I am still struggling for right position while workout. But I am sure I am gonna achieve it soon .Weight - 82.6kgs.
    Day 6-✅ Done with workout. Struggled to do an abs workout. But pushed myself and completed it. Weight -82.7kgs
    Day 7 -❌ not well and unable to control cravings ate fried rice
    Day 8- ✅ today is toned arms workout feeling better and little lighter . Weight -83kgs it got increased due to fried rice. For weight loss we have to concentrate on both diet and workout. Doing workouts alone will not help you for better results.
    Day -9✅ current weight - 82.4kg and today I can feel lighter compared with last week.
    Day -10 ✅ weight - 82.4kgs
    Day - 11 ❌ skipped
    Day - 12 weight 81.8kgs I am feeling a little lighter. My motivation is eng of this programme to reach 77kgs
    Day 13 - Hello guys i am back here after 5days continuous break. 2 days rest day from program and i took 3 days additional break. Current weight - 80.5kgs
    I couldnt complete this but i can see lot of difference in my waist line

    Just finished the last challenge & excited to start this one! Dont give up, it is okay to miss a day, it is okay to not miss a day, and it is okay if it is hard! The harder it is only means the more progress you can make! You dont want it to be too easy 🙂 You can do this!!

    After 1 year, I'm back! 🎉
    Day 1 ✅️ - 1,56cm/5'1 ☆ 64kg/141lbs IM DEAD AFTER IT
    Day 2 ✅️DEAD DEAD DEAD
    Day 3 ✅️ Im already being able to perform the exercises better than the first day, still out of breath tho
    Day 4 ✅ Feeling okay, not too hard
    Day 5 ✅ I included some jumps while doing the butt kicks, I will do it like that from now on
    Day 8✅ all good
    Day 9✅ I feel like I'm being able to perform my lunges much better than before
    Day 10✅ I included more jumps to it, it was a mistake, I'm out of breath
    Day 11✅ I lkept the jumps from last time and I feel tired, but this warm up isn't as challenging anymore, I'm glad I'm doing some progress!
    Day 12✅ I'm on my period and feeling tired, but the warm up is enjoyable without the jumps
    Day 14✅ I'm still on my period so I went easy, I'm working out while feeling some bad cramps :,)
    Day 15✅ My period is almost over so I feel much stronger and finished the warm up without a problem
    Day 16✅ I DROPPED THE BALL NOW IM DEAD AGAAAAIN :,)
    Day 17✅ 0 stamina, I'm dead. taking too much time to come back is a mistake for sure

    Daily 20 Challenge
    Goal : Lose weight before holiday in three weeks. Get stronger too.
    Day 1 ✅ - 23rd August 2024 - Super Doable. Had to take extra breaks for the ab workout but made it through. Feeling motivated like I can accomplish this after all 💪🏿
    Day 2 ✅ - 24th August 2024 - Ate a bit too late so feeling sluggish but pushing through. Added a two mile walk so got some cardio in the pouring rain. Today was tougher but still made it to the end.
    ❌ 25th August 2024 - Oops I fell asleep! I was tired (being a Sunday) but will make up for it including it as a rest day.

    Esse programa é ótimo, em dezembro nao fiz exercicio algum além de comer muita besteira, então eu concerteza engordei, em novembro eu estava com 55.6kg (meço 1.67) e imaginando que engordei graças a falta de exercicio e muita comida pelas festividades de fim de ano, esses programa ajudou bastante, pois agora estou com 54.4kg! Mais de um quilo perdido! O que nao pode parecer muito para alguns, mas como alguem que nao fez dieta nesse meio tempo está maravilhoso. Pretendo refazer esse exercicio so que com dieta para ver os resultados, mas ja adianto que com esse primeiro mês eu ja posso dizer que esse programa é super efetivo e funciona sim! N sei mais oq dizer e tb acho q esse texto deve estar todo com erros de escrita mas vida que segue.

    I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts on and off since 2018, I think I’ve tried all her warmups, this one is by far the quickest and easiest, especially since i don’t consider myself a beginner anymore, would love a cool down routine like this one, quick but efficient!

    My progress for the 2024 new year 25 day weight loss challenge
    Day 1: 1/2 I was completely miserable. sore sore sore!! but, i slept incredibly well that night and woke up feeling well rested which is rare for me.
    Day 2: 1/3 I was still sore when i started the workout, but i stretched and today was a lot shorter, and definitely easier for me
    Day 3: 1/4 this one was really tough, maybe even harder than day one on an objective scale, but it was a lot better. i took shorter breaks than on day one and pushed through, i also definitely didnt feel as miserable afterwards. like i said before, ive continued having incredible sleep.

    I just added this 2024 to my workout plan. I'm new to excerize and I have no stamina at all.52kg
    DAY 1: In the gym doing leg day. My legs are already sore before I started the chloe ting work out.
    Day 2: started chloe ting work out. No gym. Midly sore legs. Ate no carbs and stuck to proteins and fiber.
    Day 3: 53kg. Very sore legs and upper back. Eating carbs and proteins and magnesium to aid recovery. No gym, but doing chloe Ting work out. Can't walk, but still not giving up. (P.s I struggled alot doing day 2 of chloe's that needed leg work. I skipped the lunges for alternatives. There were times I just wanted to give up but kept going)

    Day 1 ✅- September 7 weigh - 193.9 lb. Note: This was really hard but I managed to complete it. I ate icecream for breakfast before doing this but I’ll work on making my diet healthier. I’m planning on having a very small bowl of some pork and rice and will make a smoothie for breakfast for tomorrow. Wish me luck! ❤

    I always used to do your videos in 2020 and I was SO strong and fit. After lockdown was lifted and i didnt have as much free time, I got out of the habit of working out, gained around 15kg and am now really unfit.     i'm starting out today! commenting to mark my progress. i'm not primarily tracking through my weight, but it is presently 90kg. my belly measures 101.5cm and that's what i'm really looking to reduce! i'll update again in 25 days after the challenge.

    commenting this here to track my progress. its my day2 of 2024 shred challenge and i'm quite late but i'll be pushing myself for the next 26 days!!.
    I haven't measured my weight but last time i checked it was 63kgs
    18th december: weight - 63kgs height- 5ft 6in
    waist - 30
    hips - 32
    butt- 40
    thigs- 20
    day1 - ✅✅ wasn't that hard as i was in the middle of the 2019 shred challenge.
    day2 - ✅✅ completed!!
    day3 - ✅✅ it was 45 mins and i can't believe i made through it. keep going everyone!!

    This is my fave warm up video by far! I have done some of the 2023 and 2022 challenges, but I always switch the warm up for this one. The old ones don't feel like really warming up...

    Day 18/25 and I just have not been feeling it this week. I have had to force myself to even start the past 3 days. I haven’t weighed myself but pictures are showing results. I promised I wouldn’t give up on myself this time. I can’t. I deserve to believe in myself. I can do this!

    (I felt so much pain in my hips BUT! I did’t give up and kept going. Now I’m loosing motivation but I’ll try to not give up!)

    ( the pain got worst so I stopped)

    Day 8: Done! ☑️ (I felt easier doing the exercise than anytime before)

    I'm on day 3 today and I'm feeling sore for sure. I didn't do cool down for the last 2 days and I think I'm gonna do it today to see if I feel better. I also try to clock 10,000 steps everyday and eat better.

    Love this warm up bc yes it is much more lighter then the rest of her warm ups 😂 Maybe because now I'm much more adapted to her workout styles?
    Today is 3rd day. Skipped the last 2 days bc of urgent matter. This warm up is easy and effective. Love it!
    After some skipped days, I still feel this warm up bearable. Conclusion: gonna use this one whenever I feel I need a warm up!
