Great video! It’s really challenging walk especially with all your gear. I always feel in safe hands walking with David. His calmness and confidence in the mountains makes it possible to go to those ‘outside your comfort zone’ places you wouldn’t usually. He is an excellent guide. I still haven’t made it on top of Adam & Eve yet! Next time :)
Couldn't agree more. I didn't tell him before we left (so it's also not mentioned in the video) but I have a pretty bad fear of heights! Although I was aware of it during the walk it didn't stop me. Adam and eve for me next time too! I'm kicking myself for not doing it last time.
Great video mate. Epic scenery and the drone shots really showed just how awesome it was! Nice to hear a little shout out when you found that shroom!! :)
Looked like a great day, you’ll have to let him take you up the north side of Tryfan next time. It’s those tough moments outside your comfort zone that you look back on and appreciate the most 👍🏼
I can't wait to get back out and the North face was a route he'd mentioned a bunch of times. I have a pretty bad fear of heights but am determined not to let that hold me back. Next time for sure!
Crikey Kev this did look like a huge challenge! That would be hard without a huge back pack on!!! Fair play to you mate the views made it though 👌🏻 stunning.
I think you're probably correct, he was most definitely just trying to make me feel better and build my confidence. I don't think I've mentioned it in the video but I actually have a pretty bad fear of heights. So bad that I recently asked to come off a bridge which I felt was too high! This was the first time I had completed any decent level scrambling. David was fantastic at building me up slowly.
Great video! So good I've watched it twice!! Looking forward to Crib Goch!

Some great shots, good work, looks tiring but fun.
It was an awesome trip. So tough to film and first time I've done a trip like this. Looking forward to the next one.
Great video! Love the drone footage and your camping spot at the lake. Crib Goch still terrifies me!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. Crib Goch in the next one.

Wasn't it a monster!!

Yep, there's talk of doing it in 24 hours next spring without packs! It was tough going but an awesome experience.
OK, own up. Who just googled sinister and dexter in Latin when he mentioned it.....
Great video by the way 👏
Ha ha love this comment!! I sure did before I put it on here.
Is using your knees really a legitimate scrambling technique ?
I was told you risked damaging your knees.

It's fine using your knee sometimes. Its also safer and more comfortable than trying to stretch for a move that feels insecure.
