1. Dr. Hagelin: Thank you, Maharishi. Here's a question about memory and brain potential. Maharishi explained last week that by awakening smriti, or memory, through Transcendental Meditation, we awaken our creative potential. My question is: what is the relationship between memory and brain functioning? Is there a direct correlation between how much we remember who we are and how much of our brain we use?
2. Brain is made of memory. Memory is an element which is functional. 3. Memory is made of the unmanifest. Unified field has all the memories within it.
4. Unified field is purana, ancient. It's always full of memory, memory of yatha purvam akalpayat, "as it was before."
5. All the manifest is there in the unmanifest in the form of memory, in the form of memory. 6. Smriti is the custodian of everything.
7. In getting to the transcendent through Transcendental Meditation, we are memorizing something that has gone out of memory. And then this transcendental remains to be an all-time memory. And then what remains in the awareness is total creativity, huge cosmic intelligence. This is possible through education to any single man.
8. To learn to become the master of the market, that is one training. The other training is: how to sell an apple. Vedic civilization is a completely different civilization. Education is for owning the totality.
9. Throughout the ages, the fortunate and the intelligent aspired for the light of God where everything is a possibility.
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi is widely regarded as one of the foremost scientists in the field of consciousness.

Very subtler explanation. Brain at granular level is made of tissues and at finer levels are made of atoms which are none other than mere ideas of creator that springs from the Word “Aum” And word “Aum” originates from the “Unmanifested” So sacred to cherish this concept 🙏🏼😇

The definition of memory he assumes is not the same definition in which the question was asked. Great example of the ‘lost in translation’ between the Vedic world and the Christian world.

The greatest mistake mahrshi made he said that everything is so easy is very easy to achieve God it is very easy to get infinite creativity but even after 50 years of transcendental meditation nobody has achieved that infinite power of creation so Maharshi till death claiming such stupid things as it is very easy. But the reality is man can be as powerful as creator God only if he does Sadhana for years and years and that also with the guidance of God the blessings of God then it is possible for a man to achieve infinite creativity.
Although I'm a big fan of this guy. I have to disagree on this particular matter.
The brain is not made of memory and memory is not found inside the brain ...at all.
Just like the TV show isn't inside a TV, mine does not found inside the brain
