Transcending to bridge the gap between man-made constitutions and the Constitution of the Universe

1. (Dr. Hagelin:) The question is: Maharishi said that the new World Peace Parliaments that are being held this week will "bridge the gap between manmade constitutions and the God-made constitution-the Constitution of the Universe." I have two questions: If man is made in the image of God, then why is there a gap between the constitution of man and the constitution of God? And how will the Peace Parliaments bridge that gap?
2. Maharishi: The constitution of the universe tells us that life is bliss. Only in experience, bliss is missing. So something is not right. So we say, "dive into the pool of life." If it is not bliss on the surface, dive into it, it must be somewhere.
3. Atma is bliss, total knowledge. What education is teaching is very fragmented, partial knowledge: Totality has been missed. This has to be bridged.
4. The laws of nature are there in the transcendental field: richo akshare parame vyoman. Infinity flows, it is not a static substance. From the vastness of unboundedness it cools down to a point. In this cooling down to a point, there is dynamism. This is the dynamism of Natural Law, from infinity to a point. This is Vedic science of Natural Law.
5. In this point of infinity, it is very easy to be completely awake, so that our awareness becomes completely familiar with this point of infinite intelligence, the point of infinite dynamism. This is total knowledge.
6. Natural Law is eternally ruling the ever-expanding universe. This total Natural Law is the nature of the point of our own consciousness. Within the point is the total, unbounded creativity.
7. We are fond of this total field of knowledge because throughout the ages our tradition has been fond of total knowledge and all possibilities.
8. Under the umbrella of our rule, under the influence of our Unity Consciousness, the world will always be safe, happy, fulfilled, and free from problems and suffering.
