Ramark is similar to sart on radar 😢 how do we recognize the difference

There are certain ways.
But the basics are:-
1. Cross check between the position of ramark on chart and confirm the same when you observe.
2. Ramark has a time interval between transmission or it usually have a pattern when transmitting..
With help of these two and visual confirmation if possible.
