I always thought Viv was one of the dullest The Bill characters. What was she about? Nula Conwell’s line delivery always lacked something. Like she was just saying her lines off the page. Her final episode was her best one…the scenes with Burnside before she got shot, Nula Conwell showed some fire in her belly with her character. Imo.
